I have been practicing therapy for over twenty years. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Florida International University and my PsyD. in Grief Counselling from Breyer State Theology University. I have experience with individuals, couples, and families. Some of my primary areas of expertise are family and relationship conflict, intimacy related issues and difficulty with various life changes and transitions. I specialize in assisting those who may be going through a rough patch in life or have experienced the death of a loved one.
It is important to have a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist and to feel that they are a good match for you. I want you to feel that therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to share your thoughts, and feelings. I believe that counseling should primarily be solution-focused to help you achieve your goals and begin to see improvement as soon as possible.
Hi, I’m Tiffany. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and relationship challenges, as well as those seeking structured support and accountability to reach their full potential. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and Gottman Method–informed couples therapy to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns. I provide a supportive, goal-oriented space with a strong focus on resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful personal growth.
My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and I'm a board-certified Psychotherapist. I attended St Joseph College. I'm happy to help you today with any of your concerns. I enjoy empowering people and digging out their strengths. I don't ask fish to fly, neither do I ask birds to swim. I respect everyone's strengths and help my client recognize them. I love to highlight my client's strengths. I offer a safe, warm, therapeutic, judgment-free space for Adults (18+) and Older Adults (65+). I am sorry, but I do not accept clients who pay in cash. Also, every late cancellation or no-show accrues a late charge fee.
It is my ethical duty to officially terminate our therapeutic relationship when it is reasonably clear that the client is no longer beneficent, services are no longer required, counseling no longer serves the client's needs and interests, or Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT limits do not allow the provision of further counseling services.
It is the policy of Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, that our professional relationship will be terminated after a one-month consistent lapse of meeting with a client. Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, will attempt to notify you of this change in status as soon as possible after one month. My ethical duty is identifying, being available, and caring for current clients. It could feel awkward for our relationship to end, yet it is not meant to be discourteous in any way. I do not complete disability forms (Social Security, work excuse, FMLA, Court papers/legal papers, emotional support letters, etc).
NO COUPLE THERAPY OR MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, PLEASE!

Hello, my name is Michelle. I believe therapy is a time to examine internalized experiences that shape our perspectives and behaviors. Engaging in introspective work together can challenge us to reframe maladaptive thoughts. I aim to assist clients with managing emotional dysregulation and symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and trauma in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I hope to foster growth and strengthen coping skills during difficult transitional points in a person’s life.
I am interested in exploring my clients' family of origin and attachment styles. I have a special sensitivity to sociocultural factors and intergenerational trauma. I embrace the complexities that make up the lived experiences of my clients and affirm their unique identities.
Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in the state of Maryland. I received my Master's Degree from Lincoln University (PA) in 2004. I have been licensed as an LCPC since 2017. At some point in life, most of us feel stuck — in tough transitions, relationship or family stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or just the overwhelm of trying to hold everything together. When you're in it, it can feel lonely and hard to see a way forward. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I see therapy as a space where you can exhale. A place to sort through what’s weighing on you, understand yourself more deeply, and reconnect with the strengths you already have — even if they don’t feel accessible right now. I’m here as a supportive sounding board and a steady, honest voice, helping you move toward becoming a more confident, grounded, and self-trusting version of yourself.
Hi, I’m Paula, a Licensed Psychotherapist providing services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, and Delaware. I earned two Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: an M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling and an M.S.Ed. in Counseling and Mental Health Services. With nearly a decade of experience, one thing I know for sure is this: the “self” is incredibly powerful. When we better understand who we are, why we respond the way we do, and what we truly need, real and lasting change becomes possible.
It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their healing and self-discovery, and I’d love to support you on your journey.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I am also a left leg above the knee amputee, so I know what it feels like to lose something. I use a non-authoritative approach, which allows you to take more of a lead in our sessions. Doing things this way leads you to working out solutions without realizing it. Sometimes it just depends on the work you put into your sessions. I am empathetic, compassionate and I listen without judgement in a safe environment. I will guide and assist you through the process of finding your happiness.
You may feel desperate, alone, and misunderstood. You feel like you are floating in the bottom of a lake and cannot see the light above you. Everyday, you feel like you are just going through the motions. If this describes you, then I may be the therapist for you. In my nearly twenty years of experience, I have helped people like you reach their potential and achieve the recovery that they needed. There is no set system or quick fix as others may promise, but I will walk down the road with you. My primary focus is on helping you deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I try and help you be okay with things that are beyond your control and work with you to establish yourself as the protagonist in your own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.
I am a seasoned licensed clinical professional counselor with successful experience helping clients reach their goals and feel confident they have the tools to cope with the seas of life. I provide an integrated platform to approach issues combining the mind and the body together. A client will find his/her results are measurable. A person will not simply feel better, they will be better.

In life we all need support and understanding from others. Sometimes the best solution is to seek professional help. Having emotional support is extremely helpful. Relying on friends or family members is also helpful. However, you may not want to overwhelm them with problems. The most intelligent solution is seeking professional help.
