Hello, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) based in Maryland. I received my Master's from McDaniel College and have been practicing for 8 years. I help children and adults work through current life stressors in a supportive and empathetic manner. I work with clients to understand their needs and work with them to develop the skills and techniques to become the best version of themselves. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression.
During our first session, we will start with introductions and explore your current stressors and work on developing goals for future sessions.

This allows for clients to overcome emotional, relational, and psychological struggles.
