I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During your initial session, we will get to know each other and get an idea of how to proceed for future sessions. We will explore your symptoms, what brought you therapy, and identify goals for treatment.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Treatment methods are also based on the individualized needs of the client.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strength is my ability to be both direct warm and caring in challenging moments. A therapeutic relationship is a valuable experience that can help us in our relationships outside of therapy. I can connect with people from all walks of life, creating a comfortable, non-judgemental space for clients to receive the help that they need.
