My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

Greetings, I'm Maritza Solis, a bilingual and bicultural clinical therapist who is passionate about holistic methods to heal people's mind, body, and spirit. Through my culture I learned about the power of community, spirituality, and natural remedies to promote well-being.
My philosophy of therapy is based on the belief that everyone has the ability to heal themselves, and my role is to facilitate that process by providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy, as well as natural remedies, prayer, meditation, and yoga to create a truly holistic approach.

Hi there, I'm Kristen. I'm a marriage and family therapist, which means that I come at clients' problems as a product of each person's individual system and the others in their lives. Every issue has a cause, but whether we can identify that cause or not, we still have to find a way forward.
I help clients determine for themselves what they want to do. I come at each problem from a biopsychosocial-spiritual viewpoint. This means that every issue we deal with is influenced by our biological health, our psychological well being, our social resources, and our spiritual connection to the world around us. That gives us four different ways to address our stressors and four different paths to utilize when needed. I'm biblically trained, so I can help clients with religious or spiritual abuse, or help you rely on your spirituality to identify coping skills that will work for you. Some of my clients are not interested in spirituality, so we don't include spiritual practices in their work. Others want to focus efforts on spiritual practices, so we rely heavily in that area for them. Each client is unique, and each treatment plan is different.
I see clients individually, in couples, or families depending on the need and the focus of their treatment. I'm available Monday through Thursday and have sessions as late as 8 pm.

Navigating grief and life transitions are integral parts of the therapeutic journey. Coping with loss, whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other significant changes, can be incredibly challenging. Similarly, life transitions such as career changes, moving to a new city, or adjusting to parenthood can evoke a range of emotions and uncertainties.
As your therapist, I provide support and guidance through these experiences for children, adults, and even fellow therapists. I help you process your emotions, find meaning in your grief, and adapt to life's transitions. Together, we can explore strategies for coping with loss, managing change, and fostering resilience.
By acknowledging and addressing grief and life transitions in therapy, we can create a safe space for healing and growth. Whether you're grappling with loss, facing a major life change, or simply seeking support during a challenging time, know that you don't have to navigate these experiences alone. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and personal transformation.

My ideal client understands that therapy is a journey and is willing to show up for themselves wanting something different and better for themselves. It's important for therapists to be, first and foremost, real human beings in relation to clients. I know how to be a therapist. You know how to be you. I try to bring understanding and, when appropriate, humor into my work with people. Therapy is where you can try on different parts of yourself in a non-judgemental environment. What happens in session can reflect what you experience in your everday life. This provides you with perspective to live a more fufilling life. I work remotely, but find that this is not a barrier to real connection.

I am a mental health therapist who is passionate about healing. I believe that health is holistic - mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about being a safe space for mental and emotional healing, especially for African American and Christian-faith communities who have not, historically, been as open to mental health therapy. I incorporate Christian faith into therapy for clients who desire this.
Hi, I’m Angela. I understand that reaching out for support is often the hardest part of the journey, especially when you feel life is heavy or uncertain. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are navigating the complexities of recovery, the weight of grief, or the shifting transitions of midlife. Since 2016, I have focused my career on supporting adults through the challenges of substance use, working across all levels of care, including detox, residential, and medication-assisted treatment.
As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I have invested significant additional education and clinical hours specifically in the field of addiction. I believe it is important to work with a therapist who focuses on these patterns, as alcohol and substance use rarely exist in isolation. They are often intertwined with anxiety, codependency, trauma, and relationship stress. In our sessions, we will explore how these challenges impact one another and work toward your specific goals for change, whether that involves moderation or choosing abstinence.
I am also passionate about supporting women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. This stage of life frequently brings a surge of symptoms such as irritability, brain fog, and anxiety where you might find yourself drinking more than you intended just to get through the day. I offer a nonjudgmental space to address these symptoms, helping you develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel like yourself again.
My practice is built on a foundation of grace, respect, and the belief in the inherent dignity of every individual. I provide a supportive environment where we can work through the messiness together to build a life that aligns with your true values and goals.
Hello, I am glad you reached out. I provide individual sessions to teenagers and adults. Additionally, I work with couples and families, helping clients navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment.
My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and the Adlerian approach. I believe that everyone has the capacity to make positive changes in their life and making first step can be challenging but applaud.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we can explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and collaborate on steps toward healing, growth, and healthier relationships. I look forward to beginning this journey with you.
