About me

I’m Tanja L. Brown, LCSW, a compassionate and experienced clinical social worker who believes you deserve a safe, judgment-free space to heal, grow, and be heard. I work with individuals who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything life is asking of them. My approach is warm, practical, and client-centered. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your life. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Let’s work together toward the life and peace you deserve.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My Ideal client is someone who is ready to make meaningful changes in their life but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, family responsibilities, self-esteem concerns, or the impact of past experiences. I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection and willing to participate actively in the therapeutic process. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to provide a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, empowered, and
