Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

On our first visit we will get to know each other and then get specific n the issues that you would like to tackle in therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my strengths is that I have lots of tools in my toolbox. This means that I can tailor your treatment to work best for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with children and parents to help them figure out how to better communicate with each other. I also love working with teens and young adults. I’ve spent a lot of my time working with LGBTQ+ youth giving them support. I have a great deal of experience working with people with autism. I also love helping people heal from grief and trauma.

I’ve been using CBT for close to 20 years for a variety of conditions including anxiety, attention issues, behavior issues, and depression.

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

This is a therapy for parents and their young children who are having behavior difficulties. I have practiced this for several years and have seen great results.
