About me

I am a calm and compassionate individual who takes an interactive approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and valued. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify meaningful solutions, and work collaboratively to help you navigate challenges and achieve your personal goals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a background in Psychology and Sociology, I will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sessions. I’m also certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid, a training that focuses on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health challenges our youth face every day.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to counseling. I'll invite you to share current concerns, the goals you hope to achieve, and any other information you feel is important as we begin this therapeutic journey together. If you've participated in counseling before or have tried other forms of support, you're welcome to share those experiences as well, as they can help us build an approach that best meets your needs.. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you'll feel comfortable, supported, and confident that we're a good fit to work together. Building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counseling process, and I want you to leave feeling heard and hopeful about the work we'll do together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, so I focus on listening carefully, asking thoughtful, open-ended questions, and helping you discover the insights and solutions that feel right for you. While I'm not a confrontational therapist, I will gently challenge you when appropriate and hold you accountable in a supportive, compassionate way to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship and social challenges, life transitions, and other personal struggles. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to create meaningful change, explore the underlying causes of their challenges, and build healthier patterns for the future. Whether you're coping with a difficult life transition, seeking greater self-understanding, or working toward personal growth, I welcome clients of all ages and genders. Together, we'll create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can heal, grow, and move toward the life you want to live.
