My ideal client is ready to do the work, not because they have all the answers, but because they’re willing to be open, curious, and collaborative in this process. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, but they also know something has to change. They’re not looking for quick fixes, they’re looking for honest insight, practical tools, and a space where they can better understand themselves. I help clients slow down and sort through the mental and emotional noise that comes with anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed. My approach is grounded in helping you understand not just what you're feeling, but why. Together, we work to identify patterns, unpack the deeper roots of your struggles, and build practical tools for coping. Starting therapy can feel like a big step and it is. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re carrying and support you as you move toward the changes you want to see.

Hi, I’m Ben Addison, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 13 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia and have provided care across outpatient behavioral health, private practice, hospitals, emergency departments, and trauma-focused settings. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, including young people who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, behavioral challenges, and involvement with the legal or child welfare systems. I also have experience supporting survivors of sexual trauma and individuals navigating difficult or high-stress life experiences. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you—or your child—can feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with each client to understand what they are experiencing, recognize their strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful changes that carry into everyday life. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or looking for support for your child or teenager, we will work together to identify what matters most and develop a path forward that feels realistic and achievable.

Do you find yourself overthinking? Maybe placing else's needs before your own and struggling to say no without guilt? Feeling responsible for keeping the peace, managing other people's emotions, or living up to expectations that no longer fit who you are? Sound familiar? Patterns like these can quietly shape our relationships, our self-worth, and our boundaries well into adulthood. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the same frustrating cycles, I want you to know something a lot of people don't expect to hear in therapy: you don't have to spend months dissecting the past before things can start to change. I help individuals through hard transitions and difficult pasts get clear on what they truly want their life to look like — and take meaningful steps to get there. Instead of asking you to spend session after session focused on what's wrong, I'm interested in helping you discover what you want instead — and what might help you move closer to it. Progress can begin with small changes, and we'll pay attention to those changes as they happen. I am Ebony Yelder, LPC. My career has taken me into many different settings, including behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, in-home therapy, and work with the Department of Defense supporting service members and their families. Each experience has shaped the way I practice today and reinforced something I continue to believe people often have more strength, resilience, and resources within them than they realize. My approach is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. It can be difficult to hear what needs to be said. I am the kind of therapist who is going to say those things. Your therapist is not meant to be your friend, which can be difficult to understand sometimes. We will navigate difficult things together. I believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems... it should create lasting change. Together, we're going to build on your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you work toward making your life feel more fulfilling, more aligned with what matters most to you, and more capable of addressing the challenges you encounter. Outside of work, I'm a laid-back person who spends a lot of time reading and playing with my dog.

I always knew that I wanted to be a helping professional. As part of an assignment, while taking a counseling course designed to assist offenders with substance abuse problems, I had to write in five words or less what I wanted people to remember about me. My words were “helped people live better lives.” I have over 30 years of experience working with clients who live with psychiatric and substance use disorders. I started my "helping" career working for the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC). After observing the effects of early childhood trauma on many of the offenders that I supervised, I decided to end my 21-year career with GDC and pursue an education in counseling. I have never regretted this decision! For the last 6 years I have provided psychotherapy for individuals and groups. I love doing what I believe I have been called to do and my life's work remains guided by those five simple words in my title. I look forward to helping you learn to live a better life!

I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am! I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way. I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these. I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?

Hello, I’m Jaylin Ross, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence—especially those who are accustomed to being strong, capable, or dependable for everyone else. When you spend so much time meeting others’ needs and managing life’s demands, it can become difficult to recognize your own needs, trust your emotions, or care for yourself without guilt. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that greater self-understanding creates room for meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and expectations shaping how you respond to yourself and others. We’ll work toward strengthening emotional awareness, establishing healthier boundaries, and developing ways to care for yourself without self-abandonment. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, gain clarity, and build a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and sustainable.

Over the last 8 years of working as a therapist, I've seen and experiencing everything. From children struggling in the schools, to woman struggling with everyday life problems, I've realized one thing that they have in common-hope. Hope is important when coming to therapy. You are hoping to feel better; you are hoping to come to become a new person. I want us to work on how we treat ourselves allows others to treat us in the same way. My goal as a therapist is to help you help yourself. As a Reality therapist, I focus on your current relationships and conflicts. This type of therapy doesn't really focus on the past unless it is trying to connect some sort of pattern of behavior. As a reality therapist, I see behaviors as choices and learning how to change those behaviors to have a better outcome so that one can FEEL real love for themselves and others! All the reality therapist I know are very honest, direct, and focus on you taking accountability for your actions. I pray for all of my clients for their love, joy, peace, be restored during this process of healing themselves. I am a faith-based therapist who believes GOD and therapy is important and using verses and stories from the Bible provide symbolism and revelation in the areas of anger, anxiety, depression, and more.

My work focuses on helping clients identify the root causes of their challenges and develop practical, personalized strategies for change. Whether you’re navigating a crisis, exploring your identity, or striving to strengthen your relationships, I will meet you with empathy, structure, and actionable tools to help you move forward. My approach is direct, solution-focused, and infused with warmth and humor. I believe therapy should feel real, not clinical—it’s a collaborative process designed to help you understand yourself, improve communication, and build emotional balance. Ultimately, my mission is to help you rediscover your authentic self, improve your relationship with others, and create a life filled with clarity, confidence, and purpose. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to start. Together, we’ll turn that first step into meaningful, lasting change.
