I especially love working with clients who hold it all together on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside. In our work together, I draw on CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help you understand what’s going on and build practical tools you can use between sessions.
Our first session is a chance to talk about what brought you in, what you’d like to be different, and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure and absolutely no judgment.
Hello there I'm Twaina,
I approach psychotherapy from a person-centered, supportive role, where I utilize great active listening skills first. From there, I mentor, guide, and help my client by assisting in being a change agent, helping to change thoughts and perceptions that create those judgments in life, whether judging others, situations, or self. I meet the client where they are.
Hi there, I'm Lorrie.
I'm so glad you are reaching out for help. That's a huge first step, and often the hardest part of your journey to health and happiness.

In our first session you can expect to learn more about somatic therapies, and other mind-body bridging practices. By the end of the session you will have some tools you can start using right away. We will work together to identify your goals for therapy and create a treatment plan just for you.
I specialize in treatments that get you grounded, with a sense of safety, acceptance of what is, and curiosity and excitement about what could be!
Before I became a therapist, I was a yoga and mindfulness educator for 30+ years. I bring my expertise in mindfulness, meditation and breath work into every session treating mind, body and spirit.

Being in the field for over a decade has helped me to build an eclectic, yet authentic approach to therapy. My roots stem firmly from behavioralism, CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Like many people, I understand expressing emotions and navigating difficult conversations are not easy, especially when these experiences were not encouraged in our family dynamics. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are, and to have the opportunity to grow, heal, and live more authentically. I want to create a supportive environment where people feel comfortable being themselves, expressing their emotions, and having honest conversations without fear of judgment. My goal is to cultivate a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental space where we can explore your concerns, identify healthy coping skills to regulate emotions, and explore productive solutions to achieve your therapeutic goals.

My goal is to make sure that from the moment you connect with me, you feel welcome, heard, and comfortable.
I am an animal lover through and through, and that love has found a natural home in my clinical practice. Whether it helps break the ice, ease anxiety, or simply bring a moment of joy into a hard season, it is one of my favorite tools to offer.
Outside of my passion for animals, I am deeply committed to doing work that matters. I show up for my clients with honesty, warmth, and a whole lot of heart. I believe in meeting people where they are, walking alongside them through the hard stuff, and celebrating the wins along the way — big and small.
If you are looking for a therapist who will be real with you, root for you, and work hard alongside you, I would love to connect. I can't wait to meet you.

I am involved in Men’s Ministry inside and outside of my church. My wife and I have three boys and one grandson. Our family enjoys spending time outside on our 20-acre property “Creation Acres” or getting away camping. My boys and I enjoy spending time in the woods or on the lake.

Hello, I'm Beverly! I know life is challenging at times and it takes courage to admit it and to seek help. Good job in taking the first step!
Are you struggling to find harmony and fulfillment in your life and relationships? Are self-esteem, self-care, and healthy boundaries difficult for you? I will meet you with compassion and respect, offer a fresh perspective, and provide you with new tools to help you cope. I approach therapy holistically and address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I utilize breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation in my practice.

Hi, I’m Billie, a clinical therapist who believes healing happens in safe, collaborative spaces where your story is honored without judgment. I specialize in trauma-informed care and work with individuals navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, life transitions, and a variety of other issues. My approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in the belief that growth is possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, with
20 years of experience. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, and
client centered approach. I have served as a rape crisis counselor, foster care therapist, and crisis
response counselor. I hold certifications as a sexual violence and domestic violence
advocate. Other areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; PTSD treatment, depression and anxiety,
stress management, ADHD, grief and loss issues, veterans needs and issues.
Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find their way forward.
My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on while privately battling anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.”
Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink every decision, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped by thoughts you wish you could turn off. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?”
You don’t have to continue living that way.
I offer a warm, genuine, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and talk openly about what’s really happening. I don’t believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who simply checks boxes on a diagnosis list. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty.
Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you discover who you are, understand what matters to you, and develop the confidence to live accordingly.
If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Additionally, she worked as a Military Family Life Counselor for 10 years overseas in Europe (German and Italy) and stateside.
Tara believes that individuals who are entering counseling should feel comfortable and safe which is why she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach that highlights channeling negative thoughts into positive ones. She believes that stressors in one’s life can feel unmanageable, but she helps her clients to maximize their resiliency and come to view the challenge as a bump in the road --a bump that can be moved past into a successful healthier path. Her goal is for all her patients to become open to gaining new perspectives and be willing to explore family dynamics and upbringings that have developed them into the persons they are today. Tara works with her clients to assist them with changing any self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
She truly believes that caring for yourself and your relationships are the most important task that you will ever have.

Are you looking to improve your communication, strengthen your relationships, and manage conflict more effectively? Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns.
I am a relationship counselor, currently providing individual and group therapy for adults aged 18 and older. I specialize in helping clients improve their relationship with themselves through personal growth and the development of healthier interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Many individuals struggling in unhealthy, emotionally abusive, or narcissistic relationship dynamics often lose their sense of self, confidence, voice, and emotional balance within those relationships. A major focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild healthier patterns, and strengthen how they show up in relationships with others.
How you relate to yourself impacts every relationship in your life. When you learn to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, and navigate challenges in healthier ways, your relationships often become stronger, more balanced, and more fulfilling. This growth can improve confidence, reduce stress, and support overall emotional wellness.
I provide a supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness, create meaningful change, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others. Schedule an appointment with me to begin your wellness journey.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 28 years experience in the counseling field. I hold an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology and have worked with clients ages 3 to 70 from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My approach blends compassion with a practical, solution-focused mindset. I support individuals and families with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, parenting challenges, and LGBTQIA+ related issues, offering a safe, collaborative space for growth and healing.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next, and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
My work with adults focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions, relationships, women’s issues, domestic violence, substance use and recovery, chronic health challenges, stress, and the many changes that can come with different seasons of life. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents and helping young people develop the skills and confidence they need to manage their emotions and navigate challenges.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You know your life better than anyone, and my role is to listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and provide practical tools and strategies that can help you move forward.
