Welcome, My name is Ariam Peña, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Virginia. I received my Master’s degree from Argosy University and have been practicing for over a decade. I help adults with the different challenges of life and pressures that often take the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and substance abuse. Hello there I'm Twaina,
I approach psychotherapy from a person-centered, supportive role, where I utilize great active listening skills first. From there, I mentor, guide, and help my client by assisting in being a change agent, helping to change thoughts and perceptions that create those judgments in life, whether judging others, situations, or self. I meet the client where they are.
Hello, I'm Beverly! I know life is challenging at times and it takes courage to admit it and to seek help. Good job in taking the first step!
Are you struggling to find harmony and fulfillment in your life and relationships? Are self-esteem, self-care, and healthy boundaries difficult for you? Do you have a family member or loved one who struggles with addiction issues? Living with any of these challenges can cause anxiety or depression which can make it even more difficult to cope.
You don't have to deal with this alone. Working together, we can identify what is getting in the way of you having fulfilling relationships with yourself or others. I will meet you with compassion and respect, offer a fresh perspective, and provide you with new tools to help you cope. I approach therapy holistically and address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I utilize breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation in my practice.
In our journey together, we'll work towards unlocking the harmony and fulfillment you deserve. If you're ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling life, reach out to me today. I look forward to joining you on this path of healing and growth.
Hello, I’m Adrienne.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over nine years of experience helping children and adults cope with life stressors. I earned my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Kentucky in 2017. My therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT. I incorporate whole-body wellness and a holistic approach to treatment. I provide individual counseling incorporating support systems as needed.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
I am licensed in Georgia. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in private practice settings and working in a community service board (CSB). I have led anger management groups. I have worked with ages from childhood to the elderly. I have worked with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, traumas, abuse, bipolar disorder (manic episodes), suicidal ideations, personal growth (career, etc.), and spiritual development.
Life can be quite challenging. Many times we are facing situations that we are not prepared for or have prior hurts that affect our ability to overcome. When we get into these places it is easy to feel stuck or even blind to what is really going on. It is easy to shut down and isolate out of fear of what others may think. I enjoy providing a safe, warm, and caring environment to help you pull down any walls or barriers so you can face the situation head-on. Many past clients have shared how I have helped them see things in a different light so they were able to rise above the challenges and grow during the process. "All things work together good for those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
You were created for a purpose and I want to help you discover what that is while helping you equip yourself better for it.
I’ve been providing direct therapy since 2008 and am currently licensed to practice in three states. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, grounded in the belief that each individual processes and learns differently—so therapy should reflect that. Whether short-term or long-term, I’m here to support you in gaining new insight, building confidence, and moving forward in your life and relationships.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am driven by a strong desire to help others navigate the complexities of life and improve their mental health and wellbeing. I have always been interested in the human mind and the ways in which it can be affected by the world around us, and I believe therapy is a powerful tool for addressing these issues.
I work with adults who are navigating depression, relationship struggles, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, academic or career stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real.
In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together.
I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving.
Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.

My specific niche is working with those who may experience difficulty finding overall wellness, relational challenges, lowered self esteem, life transitions, anxiety, and stress regarding living authentically while creating the life you want. I'm also passionate about working with couples and families helping them foster healthy relationships, restructure existing dynamics, and healing.
I am a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English, deeply committed to supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of individuals in our communities. I view therapy not just as a profession, but as a calling—an opportunity to walk alongside people through their most difficult and meaningful life journeys. With experience working in multicultural settings, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to therapy. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and challenges.

We all face challenges—some big, some small—that can deeply impact our lives. These struggles can feel overwhelming, draining our mind, body, and spirit. I understand this personally, having walked through my own experiences with depression and anxiety. With the support of God, professionals, and family, I was able to grow stronger through those difficult times. My journey led me from Nursing into the field of Counseling, where I now feel called to help others find hope, healing, and strength in the midst of their own challenges.
