I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-love. Choosing to care for yourself in this way is a meaningful step, even when it feels challenging. I see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experience, and I bring guidance, skills, and support. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients reach their treatment goals. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music.
In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My welcoming, compassionate, and relaxed counseling style creates an environment where patients feel understood and valued, and where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I've worked in both private practice and in public and private schools providing counseling to clients dealing with Learning Disabilities, anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution. In private practice, I have assisted families and couples resolve conflicts and develop deep, loving, and lasting relationships.

Hi there. My name is Antionette, and I am a therapist dedicated to helping adult individuals and couples navigate challenging mental health concerns. I am passionate about supporting clients as they regain a sense of control in their lives. With years of experience as a therapist, I have witnessed clients make meaningful progress and sometimes within just a few weeks. It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and step into their strength.
