Hello! I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are—without judgment. I value creating an environment where you can be open, feel safe to explore your experiences, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through-at your own pace. I work with adults and couples, with a focus on women navigating midlife transitions—whether that includes an empty nest, shifting roles, or a desire to redefine what’s next. This stage of life can bring unexpected emotional challenges, but it can also be a powerful opportunity for growth, clarity, and rediscovery. Many of the individuals I work with are experiencing anxiety or depression for the first time and are looking for support as they reconnect with themselves and step into a new chapter. Together, we will work to help you reach your goals, gain insight into your thoughts and patterns, and develop new coping skills to manage life’s challenges with greater confidence and ease. My goal is not only to support you through difficult moments, but to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and confident in who you are becoming.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll begin with brief introductions and review important information, including how to contact me and informed consent. I’ll also invite you to share, in your own words, what you would like to accomplish during our time together. This session is an opportunity for you to ask questions and begin telling your story.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences without judgment. Through our work together, clients often gain increased confidence in their ability to cope with hardships, regulate emotions, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You’re a woman navigating the shifts of midlife—facing an empty nest, exploring a new direction, or redefining who you are in this next phase. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even a little lost, especially if these feelings are new for you. You may be experiencing anxiety or depression for the first time and are seeking clarity and support. You might also be part of a couple looking to strengthen your relationship or build a strong foundation before marriage.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and actions. I use it to help client reframe negative thoughts and identify triggers.

Motivational Interviewing

My strength is the ability to provide a non judgmental space for clients. This is achieved by affirming the client and using reflective statements.

Strength-Based

I use this type of positive psychology to help clients focused on their own strengths and abilities. I use it in my practice encouraging client to use autonomy to make meaningful choices and that they are the expert in their lives.
