Are you in a season of life where you no longer feel like yourself? Navigating midlife changes, shifting family roles, relationship concerns, career stress, burnout, or questions about identity and purpose can make it difficult to know where to turn for support. Many women find themselves caring for everyone else while feeling disconnected from their own needs, goals, and sense of self. I specialize in working with women facing life transitions, relationship challenges, and a variety of other concerns. I also enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and build healthier relationship patterns. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we will work to reduce stress , improve relationships, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence, and emotional well-being. Life's transitions can feel overwhelming, but can also become opportunities for healing, growth, and creating a more fulfilling next chapter!
In our first session, we’ll begin with brief introductions and review important information. I’ll also invite you to share, in your own words, what you would like to accomplish during our time together. This session is an opportunity for you to ask questions and begin telling your story.
I offer a supportive, compassionate environment where you feel safe to explore experiences without judgment.
You’re a woman navigating the shifts of midlife—facing an empty nest, exploring a new direction, or redefining who you are in this next phase. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even a little lost, especially if these feelings are new for you. You may be experiencing anxiety or depression for the first time and are seeking clarity and support. You might also be part of a couple looking to strengthen your relationship or build a strong foundation before marriage.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and actions. I use it to help client reframe negative thoughts and identify triggers.
Motivational Interviewing
My strength is the ability to provide a non judgmental space for clients. This is achieved by affirming the client and using reflective statements.
Strength-Based
I use this type of positive psychology to help clients focused on their own strengths and abilities. I use it in my practice encouraging client to use autonomy to make meaningful choices and that they are the expert in their lives.

Ms.Woods was inviting and provided a space to speak vulnerably. I didn't feel judged or doctored through our conversation, listened attentively not just to have an answer but to communicate that she listened to obtain answers and solutions. wish we had more time!
