Are you ready to emotionally level up? Need some help managing your current life stressors? Well, let me introduce myself:
Hello. I am Sharanda and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over a decade. I have experience in a variety of settings from partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, school-based therapy, and clinical director of an inpatient facility. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques, primarily CBT, to individualize the support I provide to my clients. I'm dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and improve their emotional well-being. I believe in providing a safe place to honestly explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you are managing work, life, or family changes, dealing with grief/loss, seeking support for personal growth, or managing mental health concerns I'm here to assist you on your journey to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (GA) and an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) approved supervisor candidate. I received my Masters from Capella University in Minnesota and have been practicing for 6 years. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I help clients struggling with personal and professional stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves.
I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide or silence—especially the inner child. I work at the intersection of self-worth, spirituality, and soul-aligned growth, supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper meaning.
I specialize in working with those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together while feeling unseen or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions—whether it’s stepping into adulthood, breaking generational cycles, leaving behind people-pleasing, or exploring who they are beyond roles and expectations. If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly performing, second-guessing yourself, or longing to feel safe in your truth, you’re not alone.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic practices, while also incorporating space for spiritual exploration, ancestral healing, and intuitive insight. I honor each client’s cultural, emotional, and energetic experiences and believe in co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
This is more than just symptom management—it’s about coming home to yourself. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your purpose, and live more fully in alignment with who you truly are—mind, body, and spirit.

In my roughly 30 years as a psychologist I have mostly worked with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship problems, and aging issues. I have worked with ages ranging from elementary school to 70s and a little older. I have found that experience allows me to realize client needs more quickly than in my early years in practice, and hope to use this experience to your benefit.
Note that online scheduling is limited, and my practice schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 1pm to 6pm, and Wednesday from 12pm to 5pm. If you need assistance with scheduling, please contact me via the Grow Therapy messaging platform. I typically respond to messages during regular business hours. I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I integrate several therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Through these methods, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful or “stuck” beliefs related to past experiences, strengthen personal motivation for growth, and develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we work to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate healthier perspectives that support long-term well-being.
I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are navigating trauma, stress, life transitions, and mood or anxiety-related concerns. Whether you are seeking to process past experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, or build new coping strategies, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and personal growth.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients reach their treatment goals. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music.
In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My welcoming, compassionate, and relaxed counseling style creates an environment where patients feel understood and valued, and where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with experience helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create more intentional, balanced lives. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether that’s in relationships, life transitions, or their own internal dialogue.
Many clients enter into therapy feeling uncertain, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences. Through our work together, clients begin to feel more grounded, more clear, and more in control of their lives. They learn how to set boundaries without guilt, manage their emotions with confidence, and show up in their relationships in a way that feels more authentic and aligned.
