Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.

I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. I don't pretend to have all the answers but only one slice of wisdom. I just share what can help someone. Some people are not yet ready to be helped. Yet for those who are feeling lost on life's journey and are willing to listen and learn, I'm here to assist. My life work can be summed up in three words, "offering people hope. "

"Wouldn't take nothin' for my journey now." - Maya Angelou
"The past is gone, and there is left only a blessing." - Kahlil Gibran
"Be true to yourself, and you will be false to no one else." - William Shakespeare
"How very lucky are we, for just a moment to be, part of life's eternal rhyme." Charlotte's Web, movie

I am a Counselor and Psychotherapist. I come from a long clinical background in several different hospitals. I help people with many different types of problems in a widely multicultural practice. I have been in this business for a long time. I work in many different methodologies. My Clients are extraordinarily interesting to me, and they are a major reason that I love my work.
My journey to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor was shaped by a deep desire to support others through life’s challenges—especially during times when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. Like many people, I’ve experienced how difficult it can be to navigate personal struggles without the right support system, and I’ve always been drawn to helping others find clarity, purpose, and hope during those moments. Over time, I realized that being a counselor would allow me to not only listen and empathize, but to walk alongside people as they identify their goals and uncover their inner strengths. What drives me every day is the opportunity to be part of someone’s growth—to offer a space where they feel truly heard and supported, and to help them discover that change is possible, even when it feels out of reach.

Hello! My name is Leticia Graham. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Southeast Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Health with an emphasis on Substance Abuse in 1995 from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. I later decided to return to the University of North Florida and received my Master of Science in Health with an emphasis on Health Education/Health Promotion and my Master of Public Health. I worked as a substance abuse counselor for 15 years with both adolescents and adults in Jacksonville, Florida. Many of these clients were dual diagnosed clients (also suffering from mental health issues). In November 2013, I was laid off due to the grant I worked under ending and not being renewed. During this time, I have found that I would like to continue working in the counseling field on a part-time basis while my daughter is in school. It was at this time that I decided to pursue my Master of Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Christ led me to this career.
I am a compassionate therapist who believes that everyone deserves to be heard, understood and supported. I work by tailoring my approach to meet you where you are and build a strong trusting relationship so that you feel supported every step of the way. I am a Licensed Professional counselor providing secure telehealth therapy for teens and adults in Georgia. I specialize in helping working adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, trauma/emotional overwhelm, Life transition, overthinking/rumination, grief, depression and work-related stress. In therapy, I help my clients understand the pattern behind their stress/anxiety, build practical coping skills, and develop healthier thinking patterns that support emotional balance and day-to-day functioning. Together, we would create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, be more self-aware and find practical ways to solve problems, live a balance/fulfilling life and gain tools to move forward with confidence. I offer flexible evening and weekend telehealth sessions to support working adults with busy schedules.
