Hi, I'm Daphne — a Licensed Professional Counselor and State-Approved Clinical Supervisor. For over a decade, I've walked alongside adults learning to be gentler with themselves, steadier in their emotions, and more confident in their lives.
I work best with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and mood-related struggles.
