Hi there, I’m Deborah! If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure about how to move forward, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I have more than 28 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress.
I believe therapy should feel supportive and useful. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I tailor our work to your individual needs. Hi! I am so happy that you have made the decision to take this time for yourself and your needs. I'm Caitlin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and Florida. I began my practice career as a crisis clinician in Emergency Services serving populations from children & adolescents to the geriatric community; since then, I have moved on to private practice working with clients in Virginia, Florida, Missouri, and am currently living and practicing in Colorado!
You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
Hi, I’m Angela. I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and see themselves in a new light. I have worked with individuals of all ages—from children to adults—and have extensive experience supporting adults with cognitive challenges. My approach is always individualized and adaptable, using modified strategies when needed to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful, and effective for you.
Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome any barriers that you feel are holding you back. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty managing emotions, or navigating a challenging life transition, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and strategies to help you build resilience, find balance, and create a more fulfilling life. You don’t have to do this alone—we can take these steps forward together.
You may have heard things like, “Just move on,” “let it go,” or “that’s in the past.” But if the pain is still there, if your heart feels heavy, if it affects your daily life, if you have to pretend everything is fine, or if it takes great effort just to get through your responsibilities, you may be experiencing trauma-related responses.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can process what you’ve been through, validate your emotions, and develop healthy ways to heal and move forward. A trauma-focused approach allows us to work gently and effectively with your experiences while strengthening your emotional stability and sense of control.

We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others. The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts.

I am now back home, married and a mother of two wild and wonderful boys. Some things that I love are music, nature, hidden gems, good food, deep talks, movies, a good workout, and adventure!

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, and I have a particular heart for first-generation individuals and families who are often holding the weight of two worlds — honoring where they came from while finding their footing in where they are.

With nine years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and intern, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work. My professional background also includes serving for eight years in school settings as a guidance counselor and ESE teacher, where I supported students’ academic, social, and emotional development. I am a proud mother to a 28-year-old daughter and share my home with a lovable Shih Tzu and two spirited cats. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends and find joy in helping others however I can. Known for being highly detail-oriented, I strive to bring clarity and care to everything I do. I also believe that humor—used at the right moment—can be one of the best tools for connection and healing, because laughter truly is the best medicine.
