(she/her)
Hello! My name is Sasha Rich and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I work with children, adolescents, individuals, and families to help empower and motivate change. I have 18 years of clinical experience and a total of 21 years serving in public and private agencies as a therapist, adoption specialist, school counselor, and social worker. Together we can improve your life or your child's life with issues you may be facing. I specialize in school issues, grief, self-esteem issues, peer conflicts, family adjustments, phobias, or anxiety. In my practice, you will be treated with compassion, kindness and empathy throughout our time together. During your intake assessment, we can determine how to best address your concerns. I would be honored to speak with you to see how I can help with any challenges you are facing!
In our first session together we will start with brief introductions. Then we will dive right in to discuss your concerns. We will create a tailored plan that identifies your goals and utilize the right therapy approach for you, your family, or your child.
My whole purpose in working with you is to help support you in managing life's challenges and reaching optimal wellness. By listening to you and honoring your desires and needs, I will help you reach your goals.
I am best able to serve children, adolescents, college students, young adults, parents, and families.
