Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.
Hello, I'm Nishan.
Do you ever feel alone or lack direction and or purpose? Have you ever felt that you've taken a few steps forward only to take more steps backward? You're not alone. I have helped several individuals with defining and determining meaning within their purpose-driven lives. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and or emotional abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

Seeking strength, understanding, and a path forward? I'm not your typical therapist. I've walked the walk that you have, not just once, but twice. Now, I leverage my experience and clinical expertise to guide individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and the invisible wounds of trauma.

My name is Michael Starr, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy is more than just problem-solving, it’s a place to rediscover who you are, heal what’s been hidden, and move forward with clarity and strength. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm.
My style is honest, grounded, and deeply respectful of the human experience. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT, but I also hold space for what cannot always be explained, your story, your meaning, your growth.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we uncover the patterns keeping you there and build the insight, skills, and resilience to move through them. You won’t be rushed or judged. You’ll be heard, supported, and challenged when needed.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to start. Healing begins with one honest conversation, and I’m here to take that step with you.
The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park, if you are within the Palm Beach County area. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting though Telehealth. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches.
I am a multilingual (English, Spanish, & Portuguese) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience working with athletes, college students, children, adolescents, and adults, including 2SLGBTQIA+, Latinx, immigrant, and foster/adopted parenting communities. I presently most consistently work with clients who have OCD and/or anxiety-related disorders, a history of developmental (complex) trauma, and/or high-achieving professionals, especially healthcare and other service workers. As an endurance athlete, fellow athletes have also found the blend of my clinical experience along with lived experience in athletics, as well as embodiment of the athletic mindset, helpful in understanding them and their presenting concerns.
I work with clients individually, dyadically, and in groups. I hope to convey warmth, compassion, and non-judgmental curiosity to every client with whom I am honored to enter into a clinical partnership. Meeting you where you are at, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can collaboratively explore factors that may be impeding your ability to live an engaged and meaningful life on your terms, as well as ways to overcome them. My responsibility as a clinician is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood after every session and more deeply connected to your mind, body, and heart.
Recognizing that healing does not occur in a vacuum, I approach my clinical work through an inclusive liberation-focused lens that acknowledges systems of oppression, validates their impact on you, and champions your identities with respect to gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion and spirituality, neurodivergence, body expression and body size, and dis/ability. Navigating the intersection of our respective individual identities through open dialogue, with careful consideration of privileged and historically marginalized identities, is of the highest importance to me.
I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in talk therapy, EMDR, and trauma work. I have been practicing for over 30 years with a wide variety of patients including veterans, terminally ill patients, and individuals with panic disorders. I use an integrated approach to therapy. I use humanistic and self-empowering approaches, along with EMDR, IPT and CBT, to help clients achieve their goals. My belief is that every client is different and no one technique will work for everyone.
My broad spectrum of specialties includes addressing and treating Trauma, utilizing EMDR and trauma focused therapies for effective treatment outcomes.
I also have extensive experience in working with clients struggling with Grief and Loss as well as Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression, Sleep Hygiene, and Understanding the Mind and Body Connection. I also have 15 years of experience in addiction treatment, experience in treating eating disorders and women's issues in mid-life surrounding perimenopause and menopause.
My wide-reaching skillset ensures that regardless of your struggle, I can provide personalized solutions that cater directly to your needs and therapy goals.
I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are at in their wellness journey.
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been practicing for over 30 years. I received my masters in counseling at the University of Memphis. I worked with college students while getting my masters with personal career counseling. After becoming licensed in Florida, I worked specifically with service members and their families with anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, spouse and child abuse and marital issues. During the past 3 years I have worked with young adults to retired adults addressing individual, work and family issues. It has been my pleasure to guide hundreds of people to a healthier, happier life style that enables them to do what they want to in life without what appears to be impossible barriers like depression, stress and anxiety.
I am committed to providing compassionate, practical, and client-centered care to individuals navigating life’s challenges. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with empathy, collaboration, and a focus on helping clients build healthier, more meaningful lives. My technique is to bring in laughter where appropriate, but also to challenge you.
Welcome to Kairos Counseling and Consulting LLC. Im Carmen, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida. I received my masters degree in counseling psychology from Chatham University. Impacting individuals and families; helping them to experience resilience, growth and transformation through difficult experiences or life transitions has been my passion...well and JESUS.
My clients are usually self-aware, observant, strong, intelligent, and sensitive; desiring the skills or motivation to move forward. But also may feel overwhelmed, ashamed, anxious, depressed, self conscious and/or defeated. My role in your journey will be to assist you in managing physical, emotional and experiential symptoms that have kept you stuck, process distressing experiences and envision a future grounded in hope. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I look forward to supporting you in that journey.
My name is Ashley, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with individuals of varying age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and personality style addressing a wide range of issues (including but not limited to stress, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, ADHD, PTSD, grief/loss, codependency, self-esteem, and anger management.)
Do people constantly need things from you and you feel overwhelmed with the amount of responsibility you have yet feel guilty when you say “no?” Do you snap at your kids or partner and then spiral in shame for hours? Do you grind your teeth at night and walk around with a tight chest and knots in your stomach throughout the day and have just decided it’s your “normal?” I work with women who look successful on the outside and seem to be able to “keep it together” but constantly feel irritable, exhausted, and if we’re being honest, resentful. (And then guilty about feeling resentful.)
My work is designed for women like you, those who are capable, self-aware, who want to be able to give to those they love (without the resentment) and are ready for meaningful change. Together, we move beyond surface-level coping strategies and address the deeper roots of self-sabotage. Through a highly personalized, one-on-one approach, we uncover the unconscious patterns driving these behaviors, strengthen self-trust, and build the internal safety needed to create lasting change.
This is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and fulfilled in a life you’ve already worked hard to build, without burning out or betraying yourself along the way.
I have worked in the mental health field for more than 15 years, with experience in therapy, psychological assessment, neuropsychological evaluation, substance use treatment, clinical supervision, and program leadership. My work has included both direct client care and clinical oversight, giving her a broad understanding of how mental health, cognitive functioning, behavior, and life circumstances can intersect. I have worked across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient therapy, anxiety treatment, and neuropsychological settings. I have served as a primary therapist, lead therapist, clinical director, neuropsychology fellow, and qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns. Today, I provide comprehensive evaluations for concerns related to attention, executive functioning, learning, autism, memory changes, traumatic brain injury, neurocognitive disorders, and emotional or behavioral functioning. I also offer individual therapy for clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, life stress, adjustment, substance use concerns, and other mental health needs.

With 26 years of practice, I bring professional expertise, personal understanding, sincerity, warmth and caring to your healing journey. Whether you’re navigating life solo or in a relationship, unresolved childhood trauma can quietly shape your patterns, reactions, and relationships. The body keeps the score, but you get to rewrite the story. Let’s create the life you were always meant to live. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Hi!
I was born in Puerto Rico, but I have been living in the United States since 1990. I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from D’Youville College in Buffalo NY, then with my Master in Social Work at the University at Buffalo. I started my career as a Bi-Lingual Dual Disorder therapist at an outpatient agency in Buffalo NY. Moving to Florida in 2014, I worked with individuals who have been diagnosed with alcohol and/or substance misuse who have been linked with the court system, as well as working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced complex trauma. I have experience in working as a program manager providing guidance and clinical direction to other therapists, as well as providing therapeutic services to individuals within the LGBTQAI+ community and those who have been impacted by an HIV diagnosis. Throughout my career I have been able to gain knowledge on different types of diagnoses and resources in order to assist in improving individuals overall well-being in a holistic way.
As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I am here to work with you to manage and overcome your own challenges in life and be able to help you live your life with a sense of ease and fulfillment. My experience includes working with adults, couples, elders of diverse backgrounds in outpatient, residential and hospital settings for nearly a decade. I work with individuals and couples in both English and Spanish.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ who provides thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional weight of being responsible for too much for too long. I integrate eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy with attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and parts-informed approaches. I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical, helping you gain insight while developing tools that support meaningful change in everyday life. My goal is not to "fix" you. It is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded in your choices, and develop a stronger sense of trust in yourself as you navigate what comes next.

We’ll focus not only on what’s difficult, but on your strengths, what’s working, and the changes that can help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together. Let’s work together to help you feel more like yourself again.
Hello, friends. Are you emotionally exhausted due to ongoing conflicts in life? Moreover, are you utterly overwhelmed while trying to secure a meaningful connection with family or loved ones? If so, you are not alone. Several children maintain the notion that "parents just don't understand." Conversely, many parents believe their children are mentally and emotionally disconnected from family. If this sounds like your case. . .I am extending my "virtual" hand. Let us work together to overcome issues that have long stopped you and your family from being happy, healthy, and whole.
My name is Dr. Austin, LCSW, and I assist children and families in their efforts to create a communal living environment where families thrive, not merely survive. I believe in establishing a safe, judgment-free therapeutic setting where all are treated with unconditional positive regard.
Thank you for taking the first step to feeling better about yourself and your life, or the life of someone who you care about, in looking for a competent and experienced therapist. My name is James Neeck. I am hoping that I can be the person who supplies the help and support that you or your loved one needs, as you or they engage in the change effort. I have over 20 years of experience in working with adolescents, young adults, children, and adults. Additionally, I have experience in working with first responders (police, fire, emergency medical personnel); members of the military, and veterans. As a therapist, my primary goal is to provide my clients with the most competent and professional services that I can offer them. I recognize the importance of the therapeutic relationship, in partnering with my clients in the change effort. Whether the issue is: trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, or other emotional or mental health concern, my focus is to develop a plan with my client and to work toward the goals that they want or need to achieve in therapy. I consider being able to aid my clients in being where they want or need to be in their lives, both an honor and a privilege.

My journey into the world of counseling was sparked by a simple belief: everyone carries the potential to lead a fulfilling life, and sometimes, all we need is a guiding hand to help illuminate our path. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit. Life can throw us challenges, often unexpected, but with understanding, patience, and guidance, we can overcome anything. My role is not just as a counselor but as a fellow traveler on the path to self-discovery.
