Welcome! I'm Whitney Allen, a wife, mom of two, therapist, and island girl originally from Bermuda. Growing up surrounded by culture, faith, and community shaped the lens through which I support others. With over seven years of experience, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, and individuals with disabilities across school, community, and outpatient settings. In sessions, I use a blend of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy. For clients who desire it, I also offer a Christian faith-based perspective, helping to connect emotional healing with spiritual growth. My style is warm and supportive, yet challenging. I have over 30 years of clinical management , regulatory compliance, and consulting experience in behavioral healthcare systems both public and private. Former owner/operator of Community Health Center .I also have a deep knowledge of clinical program development including policies and procedures, staff training, and agency operations. I'm an expert in Florida Medicaid, Medicare and other state and federal regulatory compliance requirements . However, my real passion is working directly with clients offering support and having a first hand view of their personal growth. I speak Spanish and Greek .
