Hello! My name is Liz, and I'm not your average therapist. I am multi state licensed as a Mental Health Counselor with an extensive history of working in inpatient and outpatient settings, private practice and correctional facilities. When I'm not being a therapist, you can usually find me somewhere outdoors, in a tattoo parlor, binge watching a true crime series or getting coffee.

Elizabeth Vah is a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. After completing a bachelor’s degree in clinical social work from UT-Austin, Elizabeth received a master’s in Social Work at the University of Texas. She completed her internship as a medical social worker at Brackenridge Hospital, also known as University Medical Center. She practiced as a clinician in Florida at the Institute for Child and Family Health before returning to Austin where she worked for Integral Care providing mental health services in clinic settings. She began her private practice in 2022. Over the course of her career, Elizabeth has primarily specialized in working with folks struggling with depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, grief, chronic stress, and trauma. She has incorporated a wide range of treatment models into her practice.

Hi. I'm Marquita and I've been a social worker for 15 years and counting. I strive to help my clients navigate this challenging journey we know as life. Sometimes on this journey, we experience things such as anxiety, depression, life changes, set backs, and other bumps in the road, but what I've learned is that we can almost always navigate through or around them and keep on going. I use some conventional as well as unconventional techniques to work with my clients. I like to start where you are and not where I think you should be. We will use a mixture of cognitive behavioral, behavioral, mindfulness, and many other techniques to help us solve problems that we identify. I say "we", because we will do this together, but I allow you to drive. That just means I trust that you know yourself better than I do, but I will strive to help you find out just how strong you are and empower you to thrive in your life. We can do this together!

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 12+ years of experience. My specialties consist of psychosomatic illnesses, relationships, and career counseling. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, initially working with the teen/young adult population. I then transitioned over to adults as I pursued my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Whether it's individuals, couples, or the geriatric population, I'm happy to get to work with whomever comes my way. I do my best to facilitate a warm, trusting environment.
