Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing.
My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification.
Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Hello, I am a Licensed Mental health therapist. I have spent the last 15 years working as a therapist who focuses on strengthening client thinking that involves building mental resilience and clarity, empowering them to approach challenges with confidence and control. I focus on helping clients manage overwhelming emotions, gain valuable insight into their life experiences, and foster personal growth.
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, low mood, or changes in your life? You do not have to figure everything out alone. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. I’m offering online individual therapy for adults throughout Florida, in English and Spanish. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll explore what is keeping you stuck, build healthier coping skills, and work toward greater confidence, emotional balance, and meaningful change.
Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have.
A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts.
You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version.
I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for.
There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..."
I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes.
What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.
I am a licensed therapist in Florida with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, supporting them through issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, family conflict, and self-esteem struggles.
I believe you are the expert of your own story. You hold the inner strength needed to overcome obstacles—and with the right support, change is absolutely possible. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and empowerment as you take the courageous steps toward growth and healing.
Seeking help takes strength. The fact that you’re here is already a powerful first step. I’m honored to support you on your journey.

My current practice is an extension of my work in Toronto, Memphis, Cincinnati, and New York. Since 1999 I have worked with individuals, couples, children and families, suffering from depression, anxiety, anger, grief, shame, and trauma. Let's get you back to living your best life.

I provided therapy to children and adolescents in schools and collaborated with teachers and parents to improve students educational progress. I then work with you to identify your strengths and build confidence to take on the challenge of change. I have enjoyed 38 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings, and a wide spectrum of ages and cultures. Whatever your unique situation may be, I look forward to working with you to work on your goals.
Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.
As a clinical social worker, I use a strength-based and person-centered approach when working with clients. My expertise is treating anxiety, depression and OCD and I have experience working with clients seeking support for many other challenges as well. My clients include adults, families, and teens.
I personalize each treatment plan and makes sure that I am working with the client, not just
the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities.
I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with
every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential. I like to make my sessions lively and come prepared each time we meet. Therapy is hard work but that doesn't mean it can't be fun as well!

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

If you're feeling sad or depressed, more irritable or angry with those around you, have difficulty bonding with your baby, anxious or panicky, problems sleeping, having upsetting thoughts that you can’t get out of your mind? My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today.
Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.
Hi I'm Shaneka ! I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients find healing, balance, and renewed purpose.
I specialize in working with Black women, single mothers, and survivors of domestic violence and trauma who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional demands of caring for others while often putting themselves last. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, heal from past experiences, and move toward the life they desire.
I believe healing is a journey, and you do not have to walk it alone. My goal is to empower clients to rediscover their strengths, cultivate resilience, and experience meaningful and lasting change.
Stop Scrolling. Start Healing.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, with laughter and warmth along the way
With 22 years of experience, I know that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s journey is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.
I take a client-centered, individualized approach that meets you where you are. I incorporate CBT, DBT, Somatic techniques and practical strategies to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and create real, lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with focus, racing thoughts, overwhelming emotions, or just trying to keep up with life’s demands, I’ll work with you to find solutions that actually fit your life.

My name is Noel Hartough and I am a person with a lot of lived experience with anxiety (spiritual and career). Anxiety and the success I had through work I did in therapy led to me becoming a therapist. I grew up around gray area drinking, family squabbles and being the introspective kid at the lunch table. I happen to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adolescents during the day and adults in the evenings. I believe that we are largely the result of our beliefs.

I’m a therapist who helps queer and straight individuals and couples strengthen their relationships and deepen their emotional connection.
