I may have sessions in addition to what is on my schedule. Book a session and then send me a msg if needed. I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities, as well as coaching. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, EMDR, connect with different 'parts' of you, coaching, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences. I am certified in EMDR. I have extensive experience with IFS. I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.

Jennifer Moga, LMHC, LPCC, LCC provides online therapy to adults in Florida, Ohio, and New Jersey, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and depression, and accepts both insurance and self-pay clients. 🌿 ABOUT ME: You're capable and dependable, the one others rely on. But internally, your mind rarely slows down. You replay conversations, question decisions, and carry pressure most people don't see. On the outside, you look composed. On the inside, you're tired of overthinking and ready to respond with more clarity and intention instead of reactivity. I work with high-functioning adults managing anxiety, ADHD, or depression who want more than symptom relief. They want practical tools, stronger boundaries, clearer decisions, and steady progress toward an aligned life. Our work is most effective when you're open to reflection and willing to apply what we discuss between sessions. I bring compassion and structure to therapy. Clients describe me as warm and solution-focused: someone who listens deeply, challenges unhelpful beliefs, and provides practical tools for change. Sessions are structured and goal-oriented, supporting steady progress while remaining supportive and appropriately challenging. 📍 AGE & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: Adults (18–64) in Ohio, Florida, or New Jersey during sessions. I do not treat minors. 🎯 WHAT I TREAT: I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning challenges in adults. 🔒 SELF-PAY: Designed for clients seeking greater privacy, flexibility, and personalized care without insurance limits. 📌 Rates: Intake $185 | 53-min $150 | 45-min $125 | 30-min $85 📌 Out-of-network reimbursement may be available (not guaranteed). Clients verify benefits. 📌 In-network clients electing self-pay are typically not reimbursed.

I'm Michael Blake-Edwards, a psychotherapist who works with professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected. You've done the work, pushed yourself to grow, built the career, stayed disciplined — but something still feels off. That sense of being stuck or running on autopilot isn't weakness; it's your mind and body asking for something deeper. My focus is uncovering the root causes behind distraction, restlessness, or burnout — whether it's unrecognized ADHD, chronic stress, or the lingering effects of trauma. I integrate evidence-based methods like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with a practical, goal-oriented approach that meets you where you are. Together, we build tools for lasting focus, clarity, and calm — without losing your edge. With over 14 years of clinical experience, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I've completed EMDR training through the Trauma & Trainings Institute (TTI) and Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching, and I trained in Mindful Hypnosis™ — advanced tools I bring directly into session work. Therapy with me isn't about becoming someone different. It's about rediscovering the version of yourself that already knows how to adapt, lead, and thrive under pressure. If you're ready to move past self-doubt, regain control of your focus, and build a steadier foundation for success and peace of mind, I'd be honored to walk that path with you.

I help adults who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. My approach is structured, practical, and collaborative, combining evidence-based therapies with clear goals to help clients develop effective coping skills, process difficult life experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades in competitive corporate environments where long hours, high expectations, and constant pressure were the norm. After earning an MBA from George Washington University and postgraduate work at Emory University, I witnessed firsthand how chronic stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and unresolved trauma can affect every aspect of a person's life. That experience allows me to connect naturally with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and others navigating demanding careers while also supporting adults from all walks of life. Over the past seven years, I have provided psychotherapy in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, specialized treatment settings, and private practice. Much of my clinical experience has focused on trauma recovery within a court-supervised treatment program, helping individuals process unresolved trauma, build solid recovery programs, develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and design personal development plans that focuses on growth and execution. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, carrying the effects of trauma, navigating a difficult relationship, or searching for a renewed sense of purpose, my goal is to provide a supportive, structured environment where we can identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical strategies that move you toward the life you want to create. I work to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to discuss the experiences they've carried for years while also providing a structured, goal-oriented process that translates insight into meaningful change.

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels both supportive and collaborative. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can process trauma, explore challenges, and build the skills they need to live more fully. I offer psychotherapy, therapeutic assessments, and specialized interventions designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing mental health concerns, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, I aim to help you feel understood and empowered. As I often remind clients, our connection to the world is shaped by the people we engage with. Together, we can build on your existing strengths and experiences to create meaningful change and improve your quality of life. As an athlete, a family man, and a man of faith, I understand the challenges with adjusting to change associated with leaving a sport or career, you love, before you believe your time is up. I understand what it feels like to develop a bond and the challenges with sustaining such bonds. I also understand seeking growth spiritually when there’s so much temptation and triggers that seem to pull me away for my goals. With that, these experiences are what hopefully keep me humble, motivated, and grateful.

I don’t believe therapy should be some boring clinical experience that you dread attending. I aim at creating a light hearted space for my clients to face whatever has brought them to my door. (Well technically I don’t have a door since its telehealth but you know what I mean) I talk so casually during sessions that you’ll feel like we’ve met before. I’ll ask you about what’s been going on and how you’re experiencing it. I’ll ask you how your much-needed date night went this past weekend, or how far you made it into that book you wanted to read. I sincerely want to know how you’ve been doing. I’m not afraid to talk about the hard or awkward stuff, and I’m also not afraid to let you know when you’re limiting yourself. Our therapy is a judgment free zone. You don’t judge my cats who sometimes make an appearance and I won’t judge you. I will put in the time and show up and if you will do the same great things can happen! Some of you may be here because you are going through something that is very painful and my idea of ‘fun’ therapy may not seem to fit. I encourage you to give it a chance. We will have the difficult conversations and cry the tears but perhaps my approach will make all of that a little more bearable.

I prefer to have a brief conversation with all potential clients to ensure we are the best fit for working together.*** Have you ever felt like you struggled to work through some of life's challenges but thought it wasn't serious enough to get help? I believe that therapy is helpful not only to work through difficult times, gain a new perspective, identify our strengths, and give us the tools to maintain a healthy mind. We often face the uneasiness of new experiences and life transitions that can be hard to manage, especially on our own. If you have ever felt like this, you may have felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and emotionally stuck. My passion is helping you find the tools, provide support, and uncover your strengths to navigate life's challenges successfully. Together we will develop healthy ways to manage emotions, anxiety, build meaningful relationships, cope with stressful situations, and set boundaries. I want you to feel empowered and confident when facing relationship issues, school/work issues, and adjusting to the constant changes in life. I will work collaboratively with you to develop new strategies to help you thrive in your life. See if I am the right fit for you, let's talk!

Whether this is your first time exploring the options for therapy or you are seeking to return to the "therapy couch" to work on something different, know I'm proud of you for taking that step! I recognize that therapy can be a struggle all within itself due to our beliefs, preconceived notions, and busy daily lives. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk beside you with compassion and empathy to achieve your goals. As a therapist, I have worked in a range of areas, including outpatient substance abuse treatment, with individuals involved in intimate partner violence (survivors and perpetrators), in addition to education-based interventions for anger management & substance use. Additionally if you decide you would like to meet with me, feel free to reach out if a time slot you would need is not available. I am more than willing to accommodate with advance notice for specific days/times you may need.

Are you having a difficult time getting through your day because your mind is wondering or you feel so down that you do not have any motivation? Do you feel confused because your mood is up and down? It may seem that it is never going to stop and I will always have these issues but I want you to know there is help out there and I can help you learn what it is that you are going through and teach you skills that help manage the feelings so you have more great days than low days. I will add some humor into our sessions because sometimes our emotions get to be too much and we need to just laugh once in a while. I love mixing different therapies because therapy techniques are not cookie cutter and one technique may work for one person but not another person. We will find what works best for you. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the concerns you have that are holding you back. Let's work together.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical. My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you. I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses. In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships. When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship. I take time to truly understand who you are—not just your symptoms, but your story, values, and goals. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I work with adults and teens, and I tailor approach to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical coping tools, and gently challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. You are welcome here. Nothing is off-limits in our work together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a social worker for 15 years. I've worked with active duty, veterans, aging adults, kids, adolescents, couples and individuals over the course of my career. One thing that has remained constant regardless of who I've worked with, is that we all have had to combat anxiety or depression at some point. For some it has been a life long struggle, while for others there was life situation that brought those feelings on. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking strategies to manage their anxiety and depressive symptoms, because I've seen when they learn these strategies they're able to use them consistently for the other issues life brings.

Hello! Does it seem overwhelming to be searching for a therapist for yourself? I get it! My name is Sonja (rhymes with "lasagna"). I enjoyed working with children and their families for 15 years, and then I transitioned to the medical field, where I was blessed to continue my professional growth within a variety of settings. My husband and I have one spoiled dog, Bo, a boxer-hound mix, who brings lots of laughs to our home. My specialties include working with adults (age 18+) dealing with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, grief, and life transitions. I love to help people, and I usually incorporate some humor into sessions, because sometimes you just need to laugh! I utilize a positive approach and will ask for something positive since our last session each time we meet. I believe that is a life skill NOTE: You must be in a setting that is private and has stable internet for our telehealth sessions. I do not meet with people while they are driving, but if you need to sit in your car for privacy, for example, that is fine.
