In our work, we incorporate DBT, IFS, somatic approaches, inner-child work and mindfulness based CBT. I understand how difficult it can be to regulate emotions, manage anxiety, and/or live with depression. I am here to help you through it.
I approach each client holistically, paying close attention to both the mind and body. I specialize in somatic work, which helps clients regulate their nervous system, process trauma stored in the body, and cultivate a stronger sense of internal safety.
