Hi! I'm Eliyahu, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience practicing therapy for clients with a variety of different mental health related issues, including anxiety struggles, relationship conflict, child/adolescent issues, and more. I will utilize my combined background as a teacher, youth mentor, and therapist to develop a personal relationship with you, trying to understand how you see your life and the world, while helping you build insight, as well as teaching you relevant skills to work through life's challenges.

In our first session, we'll connect while discussing the issues leading you to seek therapy, building some basic insight along the way, while developing a treatment plan for longer term goals.

Having a combined 10+ years of background in youth mentorship, teaching, and therapy, I have found that my blend of analytical, interpersonal, and intuitive skills have have helped people feel comfortable talking with me while developing insight about their life issues and what will help them overcome them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been trained in and have 6 years of experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will teach you its core concepts and how to utilize them for yourself in conjunction with other beneficial therapeutic ideas and techniques.
Trauma Informed Care
I have worked with clients experiencing various different traumas for the past 5 years. I will teach you about how trauma affects us and what evidenced informed practices we can utilize to work through it.
