Hello, I'm Andrea and I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. My passions in life include Christ, friends, fellowship, food, and finding solace in everyday living. My favorite thing about being a counselor is knowing that I am helping clients to evolve and discover their true self, whom they were called to be. My favorite theory is Maslow's hierarchy of needs which explains how humans grow and evolve to reach purpose-driven performance. That is my purpose as a counselor-- to motivate and assist individuals in walking in their purpose. Sometimes there are obstacles and roadblocks that can hinder us all and it's necessary to ask for help. I am nonjudgmental and nonbiased to anyone who is seeking holistic care.
In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, going to the beach, traveling, spending time with family, and watching movies. Along with my LMHC, I also have earned a graduate certificate in biblical studies from Liberty University so I could also provide Christ-centered counseling.
I am a licensed clinical social worker currently based in Florida, with an MSW degree from New York University. My passion in the mental health field is to encourage children and teens to become life-long advocates for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It is my hope that together, we will find useful strategies that can be built upon and continue to grow during both the ups and downs of adolescence and beyond. My clients often present with moderate to severe worries and anxiety around “typical” angst related to school, activities, and relationships. Sometimes the stress is sneaky and camouflaged to look like fatigue, irritability, and apathy. I find that many young people use coping skills that may not be the healthiest; however making the initial decision to seek out better solutions through counseling provides countless options for therapeutic approaches.
In 2025, I proudly founded my own practice, Grand Wellness Group, in an effort to continue to provide the best support for clients, families, and supervision for clinical mental health providers.

Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.
Hi! I am Claudia Nichols. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Alabama and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for 20 years. During this time, I had the opportunity to assess and treat individuals of all ages who were struggling with many different stressors.
The primary focus of my practice at present is to assist clients with identifying areas for change so that they can reduce negative symptoms and improve his or her quality of life.
I’m a mental health professional with a background in counseling, education, human services, and advocacy. I’ve worked with adults, youth, and families navigating relationships, life transitions, identity, stress, and difficult circumstances. My approach is relational, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy is about understanding the whole person, not just the problem that brought you in, and creating meaningful change that carries beyond the therapy room.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over three years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I provide individual and family therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, selective mutism, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and strengths-based, focusing on meeting each client where they are and helping them develop practical tools to improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
