Hi, I'm Haley, it's great to meet you. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who offers trauma-informed, affirming therapy that welcomes you in your entirety. My work is guided by compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. I aim to create a space that feels calm and genuine, where you can exhale and simply be yourself without needing to perform or hold everything together. To me, affirming care means honoring every layer of identity and experience that shapes you. I understand that everyone carries their own story, history, and way of moving through the world. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we explore what healing, stability, and growth can look like for you. Our time together is centered on connection, trust, and understanding. We might focus on strengthening coping tools, deepening self-awareness, or finding moments of calm in the middle of life’s noise. I tailor my approach to fit your pace and what feels most supportive, blending evidence-based methods with genuine human connection. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken. It’s about listening to the parts of you that have been unheard, tending to what needs care, and building a relationship with yourself that feels steady and kind. I’m here to hold that space with you.

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and the proud owner of Sunshine Holistic Health. With two Ivy League degrees — an M.Phil. in Professional Counseling and an M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania — I bring both extensive clinical expertise and a compassionate, holistic approach to the work I do. I specialize in supporting individuals who are ready to invest in their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My practice is built on the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and create space for people to reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you can grow and heal at your own pace. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy.

EXPERIENCED. AFFORDABLE. EVENINGS & WEEKENDS. VIRTUAL With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado, I have devoted my career to helping individuals strengthen their mental and emotional well-being. My work has spanned a wide range of clients and life circumstances—including WWII Veterans, paralyzed Veterans, caregivers, end-of-life support, members of the Queer community, and individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and both childhood and adult cancers. My approach is client-centered and tailored to each person’s unique story. I believe deeply in the mind–body connection and integrate practices such as meditation, exercise, nutrition, and restorative sleep into therapy. Together, we work toward helping you rise into your strongest, most authentic self. As a secular and liberal therapist, I celebrate diversity and honor individuality. I affirm that love is love, and I provide a safe, supportive environment for clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities. I also have experience working with clients in alternative relationship structures (swinging, polyamory), as well as couples in interracial relationships and blended families. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am committed to ongoing professional development, including training in psychedelic therapy and integration through the Integrated Psychiatry Institute. My role is to guide clients through challenges, equip them with coping strategies, and support them in creating meaningful, sustainable change. If you are seeking an experienced, compassionate therapist who will meet you where you are, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can build a path of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Hi, I'm Emily and I've been practicing as a therapist for the last seven years. I began my own healing work when the coping strategies I relied on - and the mask I wore to get through life - finally stopped working. Under all the pain was a desire to live more honestly and deeply, and its what eventually led me to become a therapist. This is the kind of space I now intend to hold for others.

Bienvenidas! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in California and Colorado. My practice is rooted in a fat liberation lens, which means I actively support you in dismantling internalized and societal fatphobia to cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body. I provide a nurturing space to process life transitions, career changes, burnout, and the journey of becoming a cycle-breaker—particularly within the BIPOC community. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I hold deep respect for those who are new to therapy or returning to it. My goal is to create a culturally-grounded, safe environment where you can heal and grow. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful tool we can use to access and process deep emotional pain and trauma that traditional talk therapy may not reach.

Frequently asked questions

Why filter by state rather than a city?

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in the state. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across the entire state. If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near your address.

Will my therapist take insurance?

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

How does the Specialty Filter work? Can I find a therapist that focuses on a specific issue?

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Why use Gender, Age, and Identities filters?

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

What to expect during your first session?

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
