Greetings! I look forward to helping adult individuals and couples with a variety of issues. When life feels overwhelming, unmanageable, or just unenjoyable, getting out of bed in the morning can be hard. Going to work, interacting with family or friends, and looking forward to tomorrow can feel like torture. When in this dark spot, making decisions can seem impossible and life is just a daily grind with no enjoyment in site. Whatever the situation, this may be your present, but it does not have to be your future. Help is a phone call away. (EMDR in-office only)

Hello, dear one, and welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Through my private practice Roots to Rise, I work with those who feel everything: the ones who need more recovery time than everyone around them, who've been called "too sensitive" or "too much." You're not too much. Your nervous system is doing what it was built to do. Many people come to me with anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that's settled in like fog, trauma that keeps showing up in the body, exhaustion that doesn't lift no matter how much they rest, or the kind of burnout that happens when they've been rewarded for ignoring their own needs for too long. For some, it's meant holding everything together: the high achiever, the one everyone calls for advice, the one who looks fine while running on empty. For others, it's meant leaving a faith that no longer fits, questioning who taught them to distrust their body and intuition, or untangling the belief that they must earn their rest, prove their worth, or make themselves small to keep others comfortable. My approach moves through grounding, witnessing, processing, reclaiming, and integrating, drawing on narrative and somatic work, IFS, ACT, DBT/CBT, and mindfulness. Rather than following one fixed protocol, we let your history, relationships, pace, and goals shape the mix. We work with more than your thoughts. Your body remembers what your mind has tried to outrun, so we pay attention to both. When I'm not in session, you'll usually find me outside. I'm a Colorado native who feels most like myself in the mountains, with my hands in the garden, or out wildcrafting. On quieter days, I'm inside crafting, or curled up with a book I can't put down. That same groundedness is what I bring into the room with you.

Are you tired? Wishing you could do more but are not sure how? My focus is with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, and nonstructural chronic pain. Your mental health can be debilitating. It can keep you from reaching your goals, enjoying the things you love, and from the things that you need. If you are reading this, you are not ready to give up. Call, email, or schedule your first session and take the road towards recovery. My background in public schools and private practice has allowed me to support clients across many stages of life and experiences. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to make changes at your own pace. All sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process, then work together to create a plan that feels realistic and encouraging. If you’re ready to begin I’d be glad to connect with you.

I believe that change happens when people are given the proper guidance and tools needed to pursue their goals while also giving them the autonomy to pull on their own strengths and qualities that will get them to the finish line. I provide clients with a space full of compassion and support to help them overcome obstacles and move forward in life. My therapeutic experience mostly consists of services provided to adult and adolescent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and stress related issues. I tailor various therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing according to the client’s individual needs and wants. I believe that everyone is entitled to pursue and live a fulfilling and happy life. I love working with people who are curious about making change - whether it's healing, growing, learning, or exploring their identity and goals. My passions are resiliency, creativity, and connection. I want to help clients foster these traits and forge new paths forward. I help clients use their existing strengths to overcome obstacles and to help them learn about how our past experiences and beliefs manifest in our present bodies, minds, feelings, and behaviors. I also use art, music, and movement as therapeutic interventions to help the body process trauma and overwhelming stressful experiences. Specializing in Complex Trauma. Hello, and welcome. I am Dr. Samuel Hickson, PhD, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, neuropsychotherapist, clinical researcher, educator, and healthcare consultant dedicated to providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. My practice is built on the belief that healing begins with understanding ourselves, rebuilding trust, and developing the resilience needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence and purpose. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, healthcare-related stress, identity transitions, chronic illness adjustment, grief, and major life changes. My therapeutic approach integrates neuropsychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that are both compassionate and grounded in scientific research. My professional background extends beyond traditional psychotherapy. With over 14 years of healthcare experience, a PhD in Human Behavior, an MBA focused on Corporate Social Responsibility, and extensive work in clinical research and behavioral health, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges neuroscience, psychology, healthcare systems, and organizational well-being. This allows me to understand not only the emotional challenges my clients face but also the broader healthcare, workplace, and life circumstances that influence mental health. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide professional consultation in risk management, clinical documentation, quality improvement, standards of care, and behavioral health operations for healthcare organizations and private practices. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult transition or looking to strengthen resilience and reconnect with your values, my goal is to provide a collaborative, respectful, and affirming therapeutic environment where meaningful, lasting change can occur. My name is Romy Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with mental health and substance abuse struggles. I also provided Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and their families who were living in homeless shelters and were in the court system. I have also worked with women with Post-Partum depression and struggling with substance abuse. Two of the modalities that I work with are Brainspotting and EMDR. Brainspotting focuses on identifying specific eye positions (“brainspots”) that connect to unprocessed material in the brain. By maintaining focused attention on these spots, clients are able to access, process, and resolve underlying issues at a deeper neurological level. This approach is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, allowing for profound healing in a safe, attuned, and client-centered space. I also specialize in EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide clients through structured phases that use bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences. This allows painful memories to lose their intensity and supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs. EMDR is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, offering deep and lasting relief in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.

I'm David Rothman, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering telehealth therapy for adults and couples throughout Colorado. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, using a warm, collaborative, attachment-focused approach centered on creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. I believe meaningful therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns contributing to your distress — not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and create change that lasts. My work draws on several evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Depending on your goals, we might focus on building practical coping strategies, shifting unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, understanding how past experiences shape the present, or strengthening emotional connection and communication in your relationships. For couples, I help partners uncover the emotional patterns beneath conflict and disconnection. By building greater emotional awareness, improving communication, and fostering a deeper sense of security, couples can move toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, processing trauma, working through relationship difficulties, or facing a significant life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. I strive to meet every client where they are — without judgment, with thoughtful guidance and practical tools. My hope is that our work together helps you build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, grow resilience, and create lasting positive change.

Do you find yourself over-apologizing or carrying responsibilities that don't belong to you? Did you grow up in a home where feelings weren't tolerated? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults who grew up in challenging, dysfunctional, or abusive environments and still feel the effects on their relationships and self worth today. We will explore these dynamics and how they have come to shape your life and sense of self. Together, we'll build the insight, confidence, and self trust needed to heal one step at a time. When we work together, you will be welcomed with curiosity, warmth, empathy, and a genuinely nonjudgmental space. You'll be supported in exploring and breaking generational pattens, learning to navigate difficult emotions, and challenging your inner critic. My goal is to help you grow stronger, more resilient, and more empowered along the way. Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. Therapy with me is a space where can show up fully as you are and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and your own. Starting this journey can be hard, but you're not alone.

Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 50, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and professional life. I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose, because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change. Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.
