I'm David Rothman, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering telehealth therapy for adults and couples throughout Colorado. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, using a warm, collaborative, attachment-focused approach centered on creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. I believe meaningful therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns contributing to your distress — not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and create change that lasts. My work draws on several evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Depending on your goals, we might focus on building practical coping strategies, shifting unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, understanding how past experiences shape the present, or strengthening emotional connection and communication in your relationships. For couples, I help partners uncover the emotional patterns beneath conflict and disconnection. By building greater emotional awareness, improving communication, and fostering a deeper sense of security, couples can move toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, processing trauma, working through relationship difficulties, or facing a significant life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. I strive to meet every client where they are — without judgment, with thoughtful guidance and practical tools. My hope is that our work together helps you build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, grow resilience, and create lasting positive change.

Do you find yourself over-apologizing or carrying responsibilities that don't belong to you? Did you grow up in a home where feelings weren't tolerated? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults who grew up in challenging, dysfunctional, or abusive environments and still feel the effects on their relationships and self worth today. We will explore these dynamics and how they have come to shape your life and sense of self. Together, we'll build the insight, confidence, and self trust needed to heal one step at a time. When we work together, you will be welcomed with curiosity, warmth, empathy, and a genuinely nonjudgmental space. You'll be supported in exploring and breaking generational pattens, learning to navigate difficult emotions, and challenging your inner critic. My goal is to help you grow stronger, more resilient, and more empowered along the way. Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. Therapy with me is a space where can show up fully as you are and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and your own. Starting this journey can be hard, but you're not alone.

Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 50, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and professional life. I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose, because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change. Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed in a crisis, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or wanting more intimacy and sexual connection without judgment, I can help. I also work with anxiety, depression, grief, and the many ways these struggles often overlap. Every person is unique, and the issues that bring someone to therapy are rarely isolated , they’re usually connected in ways that become clearer once we start talking. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience. I work especially well with intelligent, driven adults who are used to relying on their mind and willpower to keep life moving. On the outside things may look successful, but inside they often feel disconnected or stuck. I help them change their relationship with their feelings so those emotions stop getting in the way and start becoming useful information. My style is steady, practical, and collaborative. I stay grounded when things feel intense and help you move toward real relief and clearer connection.

You are the expert of your own life—your experiences, feelings, and thoughts are invaluable guides to your mental well-being. In my practice, I take a Whole Health approach to counseling, supporting you in a way that honors your unique needs. I believe that true change comes from nurturing every aspect of your life, including diet, exercise, sleep, and more. My goal is to help you unlock your potential and cultivate lasting growth, using your insights as the foundation. If you’re ready to invest in your mental wealth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how life’s challenges can impact our well-being, and I saw the profound difference that compassionate support can make. These early experiences inspired me to learn more about how we cope, grow, and ultimately thrive, even in the face of adversity. As I continued my education and personal growth, I became increasingly drawn to the field of mental health. I was captivated by the resilience and wisdom people bring to their healing journeys. I realized that being a provider would allow me to walk alongside others as they navigate their unique paths, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to support their goals. What truly motivates me is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and transformation. I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I work with high-functioning individuals who often appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface. Many of my clients are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and managing everything on their own—until it stops working. They come to me looking for more than just coping strategies. They want to understand what’s driving their patterns and experience real, lasting change. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-focused therapy to help you move beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process unresolved experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. The impact of this work is more than symptom relief. Clients often begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and clearer in their decisions. They develop a stronger sense of self, improved boundaries, and a greater ability to navigate stress without becoming overwhelmed. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—change is possible, and it can feel more sustainable than you might expect.

I was drawn to this work because I know the impact that support from others can have. At different points in my life, I have benefited from people who helped me face challenges, understand myself more clearly, and move through difficult seasons with more honesty and direction. Those experiences taught me how powerful it can be to have someone help you feel less alone while also encouraging growth, accountability, and change. That shaped my desire to offer the same kind of support to others.

You're here for a reason. The right fit can change the outcome. Maybe I can help. Whether it's the same fight on repeat, a habit you can't shake, a loss, or just not feeling like yourself, I invite you to keep reading to learn more about me and my approach. Maybe your life is working in most of the ways that count—work, relationships, the things you care about—but something keeps getting in the way. The same argument. Anxiety that doesn't match the situation. Shutting down when someone gets close, or blowing up and regretting it later. You might understand exactly what you're doing and still do it anyway. Or maybe something happened, like an affair coming to light, a relationship ending, or losing someone, and the way you've always handled things isn't working anymore. Therapy with me has direction. We'll know what we're working toward and check in regularly on what's changing and what's still getting in the way. What we work on in session should carry into your life, whether that means noticing a pattern, trying a different response, or having a conversation you've been avoiding. You'll know you're making progress when you catch a familiar pattern sooner, understand what's happening inside you instead of just reacting, stay steadier in hard conversations, set boundaries and make decisions with less second-guessing, recover from setbacks faster, and handle things on your own that you used to need help with. Progress doesn't mean you'll never feel anxious, angry, or stuck again. It means you're better at handling it yourself. As that becomes consistent, we'll space sessions out and eventually wrap up. The goal is for you to need me less over time.

*I do not work with children under age 12 or adults over the age of 29. * Hi there! I’m Stephanie! I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, sharing what they’re experiencing, and working toward meaningful change. I primarily work with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, academic stress, sports performance, peer relationships, family dynamics, self-esteem, motivation, and the many transitions that come with growing into adulthood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized; not like a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to meet each client where they are while helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and feel more capable of handling life’s challenges. I use a combination of CBT, solution-focused, person-centered, and motivational interviewing approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help you take that next step.
