I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce. In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia. Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans. I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

My work as a therapist has given me the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Through these experiences, I've come to appreciate that while our stories are unique, many of us share similar struggles: wanting to feel connected, understood, accepted, and at peace within ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, self compassion, and growth. Hi, I’m Devin. I’m happy that you’re here, and I want you to know that reaching out for support is a meaningful first step. I believe therapy should feel welcoming, collaborative, and human—not like a job interview. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore your strengths, and begin building greater confidence in your ability to heal, grow, and move forward. I work with individuals who are navigating several challenges in life such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship or friendship challenges, and low self-esteem. Together, we can identify practical tools and coping skills that support your emotional wellbeing while also making space to understand the deeper experiences that may be contributing to what you are feeling. Most importantly, I believe you should have a voice in your healing process. You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and more in control of your life. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin taking steps toward healing, redemption, and a stronger sense of self.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through. Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life. I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.

Hi, I’m Angela. I understand that reaching out for support is often the hardest part of the journey, especially when you feel life is heavy or uncertain. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are navigating the complexities of recovery, the weight of grief, or the shifting transitions of midlife. Since 2016, I have focused my career on supporting adults through the challenges of substance use, working across all levels of care, including detox, residential, and medication-assisted treatment. As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I have invested significant additional education and clinical hours specifically in the field of addiction. I believe it is important to work with a therapist who focuses on these patterns, as alcohol and substance use rarely exist in isolation. They are often intertwined with anxiety, codependency, trauma, and relationship stress. In our sessions, we will explore how these challenges impact one another and work toward your specific goals for change, whether that involves moderation or choosing abstinence. I am also passionate about supporting women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. This stage of life frequently brings a surge of symptoms such as irritability, brain fog, and anxiety where you might find yourself drinking more than you intended just to get through the day. I offer a nonjudgmental space to address these symptoms, helping you develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel like yourself again. My practice is built on a foundation of grace, respect, and the belief in the inherent dignity of every individual. I provide a supportive environment where we can work through the messiness together to build a life that aligns with your true values and goals.

Counseling is a second career for me. I am a Desert Storm era Navy veteran and spent twenty years in the business world as a successful sales manager. I have over thirty years of personal recovery experience and bring many tools to our sessions. I have done my own personal grief, anger, trauma and family of origin work so I can hold space for whatever your healing and recovery may require. I show up as my authentic self and tend to be very direct. If you are willing to do the painful work that healing requires, I may be a good choice as therapist for you. I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you. Please note that I do not provide treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol), or any court-mandated cases. Please note that I do not fill out FMLA paperwork, ESA paperwork, or any other legal documents unless 6 months of consistent therapy has been received. There is a separate fee for paperwork outside of the copay.

I help clients use their existing strengths to overcome obstacles and to help them learn about how our past experiences and beliefs manifest in our present bodies, minds, feelings, and behaviors. I also use art, music, and movement as therapeutic interventions to help the body process trauma and overwhelming stressful experiences. Specializing in Complex Trauma. Please note that if you schedule an appointment directly on my calendar, I might have to work with you to reschedule as Grow doesn’t allow me to enter appointment slots. It’s best if you message me what days and times work for you Wednesday through Saturday and I’ll let you know what’s available:-)

Hello, and welcome. I am Dr. Samuel Hickson, PhD, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, neuropsychotherapist, clinical researcher, educator, and healthcare consultant dedicated to providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. My practice is built on the belief that healing begins with understanding ourselves, rebuilding trust, and developing the resilience needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence and purpose. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, healthcare-related stress, identity transitions, chronic illness adjustment, grief, and major life changes. My therapeutic approach integrates neuropsychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that are both compassionate and grounded in scientific research. My professional background extends beyond traditional psychotherapy. With over 14 years of healthcare experience, a PhD in Human Behavior, an MBA focused on Corporate Social Responsibility, and extensive work in clinical research and behavioral health, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges neuroscience, psychology, healthcare systems, and organizational well-being. This allows me to understand not only the emotional challenges my clients face but also the broader healthcare, workplace, and life circumstances that influence mental health. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide professional consultation in risk management, clinical documentation, quality improvement, standards of care, and behavioral health operations for healthcare organizations and private practices. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult transition or looking to strengthen resilience and reconnect with your values, my goal is to provide a collaborative, respectful, and affirming therapeutic environment where meaningful, lasting change can occur. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on your journey toward growth, healing, and living a more fulfilling life.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor based in Colorado, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is direct, supportive, and growth-oriented—I combine evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT with deeper insight work to help you create meaningful, lasting change. I also specialize in working with professionals in high-demand fields. While not limited to these areas, some examples include individuals in the criminal justice system, medical field, legal field, and fellow clinicians. These roles often come with high levels of stress, responsibility, and emotional strain, and I provide a space where you can step out of that role, process what you carry, and receive the support you’re often expected to give to others. I work best with clients who are ready to move beyond feeling stuck and want both actionable tools and meaningful self-exploration. Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship dynamics, or the unique pressures of your profession, I provide a grounded, collaborative space where you can build confidence, clarity, and alignment with who you want to be.

Hello! My name is Judy Branch, owner of Judy E. Branch Counseling, LLC, in Lone Tree, Colorado. I love helping clients find relief from the curveballs life is sure to throw, by creating a strong therapeutic alliance and listening carefully to correctly understand client perspectives and circumstances. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be fully yourself — without judgment, pressure, or having to “have it all figured out.” Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family conflict, trauma, or self-doubt begin affecting everyday life.

Hello! My name is Donna Contreraz. I believe my role as a therapist is to form a collaborative partnership with the client, working together to decide on the best path forward. An essential concept in therapy is ensuring the client feels safe and at ease—safe enough to begin self-exploration and comfortable enough to be vulnerable. As each of us is the architect of our own future, we can work together to construct meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC in Florida), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC in Colorado), Certified Hypnotherapist (NBCCH), Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) and a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). I have a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and a M.S.Ed, Major in Counseling with distinction from Hofstra University, NY. I have also taken updated counseling courses at FAU. I tend to break through surface level issues and get to the core issues a person has pea in order to promote change and well being in the individual. People tend to open up to me due to my empathy and understanding of trauma, and its effects on their behaviors.
