I’m Cory Sullivan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Southern California. I’m passionate about helping people find their “new normal” after traumatic injury or chronic illness, and I bring both clinical and lived insight into the grief and identity shifts that can follow. I take an eclectic, integrative approach to anxiety and depression, blending practical tools, psychoeducation, and collaborative support. My clients know they don’t have to face this alone — we work through it together.
Hi, my name is Claire and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m passionate about helping people feel more connected with themselves so they can create meaningful and lasting change in their life and relationships. My approach to therapy is caring, collaborative, and grounded in building a strong, trusting relationship with each client. Through this supportive and nonjudgmental environment, I help clients navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop greater self-understanding in themselves.
I am a trauma informed therapist, integrating CBT, IFS, mindfulness and somatic work. I work with adult individuals struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, relationship struggles and more. In a calm, compassionate environment, I will guide you in self-reflection. I provide a supportive, validating and non-judgmental environment, where all emotions are welcome. I believe honoring the impact of our experience is essential for healing. We will use traditional talk therapy, along with mindfulness and somatic work to practice slowing down and leaning into our feelings.
I've been a therapist for about eight years with a keen eye for helping others find deeper meaning through their hardships, a calming presence capable of modeling self-regulation, and a reliable ear for those that need to unload their perceived stress across different life chapters. I also offer a modern, diverse openness for cultural understanding as I am a male Latino fluent in Spanish, have Asian ethnicity, and am first-generation American. I can also empathize with perceived struggles as I grew up with low SES, was greatly affected by a custody battle into my teenage years, and became the primary healthcare agent for my father-figure until his passing from cancer during my early twenties. In more recent years, I learned the differences in transitioning from the role of a stepfather to becoming a father of a newborn. Understanding one's own pain from their story is key to learning the balancing act of validating and/or differentiating how to help others process their felt pain. I offer my therapeutic services as your existential teammate who will metaphorically walk by your side along your therapeutic journey.
Do you feel overwhelmed by every day life? Are you dealing with negative thoughts that keep you from feeling your best? Do you struggle with self-care and self-compassion?
Together we can identify how to help you feel in control of your thoughts, feelings and actions again. We will work towards increasing your ability to cope with difficult feelings or stressful life events and get you back on track with managing the different parts of your life. We will use mindfulness practices including meditation and gratitude to help you feel grounded and centered. Let's remember to be kind to ourselves!
My experience includes working with children as young as 5, teenagers and adults. I have 14 years of experience working with teenagers as a high school counselor. I enjoy bringing art and play into sessions to help build a variety of skills and insight.
Reaching out for help in any capacity can be a difficult task, especially when it comes to mental health. I am here to help and I will work toward creating a safe space for you to feel seen and heard. I will use a cognitive behavioral approach (understanding the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors) as well as other evidence-based practices to best support your needs.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My style is compassionate, relatable, and goal-oriented. I work with young adult women navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where we focus on emotional awareness, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you build confidence, set boundaries, and feel more grounded in your daily life and relationships.
Hello! Hi! I'm a licensed therapist with 12 years of expertise and experience providing services in California and Michigan. I received my Masters from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I help young adults, adults and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, fatigue and any one of a variety of other challenges.
Clients who engage in sessions realize less worry, sadness and stress. The goal is for you to have an improved experience of living and better relationships with yourself and others.
I’m Johanna. I work with creative people, and with those who are working to heal, transition, and evolve from things that have hurt them. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with deeper work. With the use of Brainspotting and Jungian interventions, because real change rarely happens at the surface, we create deep meaningful change. When we're willing to go underneath, to the place where the old story lives, we can heal it and create room to become something new.
I’m a therapist with over 20 years of experience and a graduate of the University of Southern California. I help adults heal from generational trauma, strengthen self-worth, navigate relationships, and break patterns that may have been passed down through generations. My approach is compassionate, intentional, and collaborative. I help clients understand the roots of their struggles, reconnect with their inner strength, establish healthier boundaries, and develop a stronger sense of self. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can make sense of where you’ve been, understand how it shapes where you are today, and create meaningful change for where you want to go.
Nice to meet you!
My name is Liliana and I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, offering telehealth therapy to adults across California. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, and mood-related challenges. My style is inquisitive, grounded, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey, while also offering practical tools to help clients navigate the ups and downs of life and manage their current symptoms.
Parenting can be tough. You wonder if your child will ever grow out of their excessive worries, meltdowns, or tantrums, and you become exhausted and feel guilty for being frustrated with them. The nightly battles with homework and reports from school are wearing you down. The power struggle with your spirited toddler or your strong-willed adolescent may leave you overwhelmed and wondering what you can do differently. Communicating and feeling unified with your partner or caregiver may be difficult or your styles may be different, creating a state of uncertainty or chaos in the home.
It is okay to feel overwhelmed. It is also okay to strive for more. You know the potential your child has, and living in a world where you can better help them navigate their development is possible. My goal is to empower you and your child by finding effective parenting strategies and coping skills that work for your family, allowing your child to thrive.
I work with children, families, parents, and caregivers to ease the tension that emotions, outbursts, tantrums, and anxiety can bring children and their families. Parents are welcome for parent support as well as for individual therapy to improve their emotional response when triggered by parenting issues. Children are welcome between the ages of 2 and 7 years for Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Let's begin working towards a more peaceful and intentional parenting experience. I welcome all families from all walks of life.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and approximately 7 years of experience in the field of therapeutic services. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, children, and families in a variety of clinical settings.
My professional background includes experience in psychiatric hospitalization settings, substance use treatment programs, and private practice. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of mental health needs across different levels of care and life stages.
In my work, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I help clients feel more understood, supported, and less alone in what they are facing. I support people in managing symptoms, building coping skills, and improving emotional and relational functioning. Over time, I work to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others, while also moving toward a more meaningful and balanced life.
Therapy with me can be a place to talk freely, get honest feedback, or zero in on a problem you’re ready to change. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, and much more. I bring a relaxed style, humor, and a willingness to address what others may avoid.
Hi, I'm Ali. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, ask difficult questions, and maybe even laugh along the way. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in both community mental health and private practice. I help clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and life transitions while gaining a better understanding of themselves and creating meaningful change.
As a therapist, I feel tremendous gratitude to be able to support ALL individuals on their journey of healing. I aim to use a compassionate and strength-based approach, which allows me to maintain an open mind and heart throughout our work together while focusing on the strengths and skill you already have. I practice holistically to look at the different aspects of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit to find what is needed to feel more peace and comfort in your life. Throughout our time together, I’m committed to showing up with a positive, kind, respectful, nonjudgmental and caring attitude.
I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.
Hi there!
Do you feel pulled in a million directions? Many times unable to complete tasks? Are you struggling with life’s challenges, relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside with you to navigate life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change, healing, and a greater sense of well-being.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from California State University, Long Beach. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing life challenges, depression, anxiety, and addiction/substance use.
My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am fluent in English, Farsi, and Pashto.
Traveling throughout Europe and living in Asia and South America have deepened my cultural sensitivity and understanding of how diverse backgrounds and life experiences influence the way we think, feel, and navigate life. I bring this perspective into my work, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based, and mindfulness approaches to provide individualized and practical support.
Together, we will explore life’s transitions, identify areas for growth, and develop tools and coping skills that work best for you. I also use a holistic, client-centered approach grounded in empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.
I strive to create a safe, trusting space where you can overcome challenges, recognize your strengths, and move toward personal growth.
Life can be easier, more fulfilling, and joyful.
Clients have described my approach as thoughtful, compassionate, creative, and reliable, with a calming demeanor and steady, strength-based support.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and understanding. I partner with clients to explore patterns, build coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My work is informed by trauma-informed care and a holistic perspective that honors each client’s lived experience. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
Hi, I'm James. I believe therapy should ultimately help create meaningful change. What change looks like is different for everyone. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time, returning after time away, or realizing that something in your life isn't working the way you'd like, I would be glad to explore that with you.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor with 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with people across a wide range of backgrounds, and levels of need. Much of my career has been spent serving and leading in community mental health, where I saw how our mental health can be shaped not only by our history, but by our families, communities, cultures, and the world around us.
I am comfortable working with experiences that are often described as "high acuity," including significant trauma, depression, anxiety, and psychosis. I am equally interested in the quieter things that can make life harder than it needs to be, like the nagging doubts, persistent insecurities, difficult relationships, or old patterns that no longer serve you.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to have it figured out before we begin. My role is to listen, take your experiences seriously, and work alongside you to better understand what's happening and to facilitate change. I will honor your story and your pace while helping you move toward change that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
Hello! My name is Ari. My pronouns are they/them/theirs.
I have been practicing therapy for 5 years, and have worked with neurodivergent children and adults for 10+ years.
Some things I love the most are: good food, weird art, and my little Maltipoo.
I am a good fit for children, teens, or adults who are autistic, have symptoms of ADHD/ADD, and other mental health symptoms.
Hello, I'm Laura Hansen, a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals find healing and growth. I am based in San Diego, California. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding and collaboration. I see my role as providing you with a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, life transitions or relationship issues, I'm here to help you develop the tools to further your emotional well-being.
A little bit about my background: I have provided mental health treatment, assessments, and consultations for over 25 years, working in a variety of settings including inpatient hospitals, military bases and local community practices. I am thrilled to be able to use this online platform in order to further extend my work with people.
My foundation of training is with Cognitive Behavioral Interventions. Over the years I have developed a more eclectic approach and incorporated other modalities as well. I stay current with the latest evidence based treatments, and use my training and experience to tailor intervention methods based on my clients' needs.
Many times I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as my primary treatment method. If you're not sure what this is, I'd be more than happy to talk about it with you when we meet. I have also provided a link below if you would like to look up some information before our first session. I have found this treatment to be powerful and effective, and in many cases to work faster than more traditional talk therapies.
A little about me: I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who, come to find out, originally got into this field largely to figure myself out. If you’ve never heard that from a therapist before, it’s actually a pretty common thread among us, we often subconsciously step into healing others as a way to find healing within ourselves.
About 22 years ago, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD, and roughly 15 years ago, I received an OCD diagnosis. Having these two conditions overlap made things incredibly challenging throughout much of my life and if I’m being completely honest, navigating that balance can still have its moments today. But there’s something powerful about a wounded healer: we tend to want more for ourselves and for the people we serve than just standard, status-quo talk therapy. We dig deeper because we need real answers on a personal level, and once we find what works, we want to share it with the world.
I’m Lauren Turner, LCSW, Founder of The Turner Practice, where we support athletes, high performers, and their families through mental health and performance coaching. I’m warm, direct, culturally responsive, and practical, blending mindfulness, humor, and creativity. I help clients build confidence, navigate pressure, strengthen relationships, and become healthier, more grounded performers.

I consider myself a relational and systems-based therapist. That means that I value discussing relationships and the impact of them on you. I also seek to understand my client as a whole person and not just your symptoms. At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is meaningful and often mirrors patterns that show up outside the therapy room. Together, we will explore these dynamics with curiosity and compassion and without judgment. I deeply value your goals and concerns, and I also believe therapy is a space where thoughtful, honest feedback can be both empowering and healing. Above all, my goal is for therapy to feel collaborative and supportive.
I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health, relationship, stress, and life-transition concerns. My approach is practical, collaborative, and individualized, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, supportive psychotherapy, and skills-based interventions. I strive to provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand the patterns affecting their lives, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
Welcome. If you are seeking relief from anxiety, the effects of Traumatic life events, or are on a Spiritual journey to live your life from the place of your True Self, I am committed to helping you get there. I am a warm and compassionate clinician, dedicated to creating a therapeutic relationship where you can build on your strengths and overcome barriers. Whether you've experienced or witnessed abuse, neglect, violence, grief, natural or man-made disasters, major life changes, or more, we can work toward healing and thriving.
Together, and at a comfortable pace, we will gain a better understanding of your symptoms and what caused them to take on such a large role in your life. Using evidence-based treatment methods including IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) we can actually heal the underlying cause, thus relaxing current symptoms and allowing you to live your life with calm and confidence, free from internal barriers. It is my honor to assist people from all walks of life find the Calmness, Clarity, Courage and Confidence needed to effectively address life's challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation. My educational focus was social work in Indigenous communities and I have considerable experience working with folks who have been in the foster-care system. It is always my aim to affirm and be allied with BIPOC and LGBTQI2S+ individuals and communities.
"We live most of our life in our head, let's make it a peaceful place" - Buddhist teaching.
I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work as a therapist. Living with a Bipolar I diagnosis has given me firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating mental health systems, stigma, and the ways these experiences can affect identity, relationships, and everyday life. This perspective allows me to meet each client with empathy, genuine curiosity, and respect for the meaning they make of their experiences. I am a shamanic clinician, which has been largely shaped and inspired by experiences with what’s often referred to as mania or psychosis.
Perception is central to my therapeutic approach. Our histories, emotions, environments, and nervous-system states can all influence what we notice, how we interpret events, and how we respond. By exploring these patterns without judgment, I help clients expand their awareness, consider new perspectives, and develop greater choice in how they relate to themselves and the world around them.
My professional experience includes psychiatric residential treatment, addiction medicine, youth detention, and private practice. I integrate somatic and sensory-based approaches (including brainspotting, meditation, drumming, sound therapy, aromatherapy, guided visualization, and shamanic-inspired practices) to support emotional processing and nervous-system regulation. I also emphasize nature, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and other foundations of whole-person wellness.

Do you feel held back by experiences you can't seem to move on from? Do you know your goals, but struggle to find the path to get there? Are you looking for a space to better understand yourself, your past, and the person you want to be in the future?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I am here to help you dive into understanding not only how to grow in the present, but also what pieces have come together to create the person you are today. We don't exist in a vacuum, therefore I take a holistic approach that works with the confluence of mental, social, and cultural factors surrounding each individual.
One of the most difficult parts of therapy is choosing to begin. Congratulations for making it this far. I would be overjoyed to walk alongside you as you continue on this journey of growth and self-love.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns they keep finding themselves in. People often come to me during times of transition, when relationships feel strained, or when they realize that the ways they’ve learned to cope, communicate, or protect themselves aren’t working quite as well anymore.
I’m especially interested in the way our relationships and experiences shape how we see ourselves and what we come to expect from the people around us. Sometimes the thing bringing you to therapy is very clear. Other times, it’s harder to name—you may just know that you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, repeating a familiar pattern, or not feeling quite like yourself.
My style is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a place where you can be thoughtful and curious about yourself without feeling like you have to have everything figured out first. We’ll make sense of what’s happening now, how you got here, and what might need to shift for life and relationships to feel different.
If you’d like to connect briefly before beginning therapy, please schedule your first appointment here through Grow. Once scheduled, you’ll be able to message me directly, and I’m happy to answer questions about fit before we meet.
Hello, I am Joann Silva,
Life has a way of constantly throwing the unexpected at us. Do you believe you are not up to the challenges that are piling up? Do you think you are just recycling old life issues? Strategies that used to help you cope do not work or you have outgrown them? No issue is too small or too big. With over 45 years in this field, I believe I have encountered almost every kind of human trauma and can help you bring yourself back to peacefulness and joy in living.
I have years of being a great listener - funny and heartfelt and skilled at helping my clients find their confidence and joy, and reset their resilience to tackle life's long list of hits.
I am a student of nature and human nature. I will always look to help you see all of your health and strength and nature responses to stress.
As you educate me about you and your life, and the things that work and do not work, we will put together the most ancient and newest wisdom and skills undo your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual struggles. We will work to lessen or eliminate those symptoms of distress called anxiety, depression and the myriad of other symptoms that are confusing and overwhelming. We will work to help you find your center, your peace, passion and use all of the past struggles to empower you again.
My goal for each session is to lessen your stress or upset, to offer laughter to break up pain, to bring stories and wisdom to help with your concerns and new ways to master the internal and external challenges you are facing. I look forward to walking a bit with you down that road to a new joy.

Hello, my name is Laura Preciado, I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #88476) based in Los Angeles, California. providing telehealth services. I endorse a client-centered approach and meeting my clients where they are in their life journey. Every individual is unique and has his/her/their own story to tell, thus I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental setting for all of my clients. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based Approach, Problem-Solving and Mindfulness to help my clients reach their goals.
I'm a therapist and founder of Get Psyched Therapy & Coaching, and I work almost exclusively with late-diagnosed AUDHD adults—especially parents. That specificity isn't random: I'm late-diagnosed myself, and that experience fundamentally shaped both who I am and how I practice.
I know what it feels like to finally understand why things were always hard. The relief of answers mixed with grief over lost time. The weird joy of realizing you're not broken—you're wired differently. And the complicated reality of being neurodivergent while raising other humans.
When you work with me, you get someone who actually gets it. Not just clinically, but because I've lived it. I meet you where you are—no shame, no pressure. I follow your pace and your interests, not a rigid format. Some sessions are deep therapeutic work. Others might involve a game or creative tool because your nervous system needs something hands-on that day. Both matter.
I believe healing and growth don't have to look "normal"—they look like you.
My clients often come exhausted from being told their struggles mean they're lazy or not trying hard enough. They're ready to stop masking and to be genuinely understood. They want someone in the room who recognizes that the both/and is real: you can be a neurodivergent person and a capable parent. You can struggle and be trying your absolute best. Those things coexist.
I bring clinical expertise grounded in lived experience. That combination changes everything—it means I don't pathologize neurodivergence, I validate what you're carrying, and I help you build a life that actually works for how your brain works, not despite it.
If you're late-diagnosed, burnt out, and ready to stop pretending, let's talk.
Since 2012 I have supported children and adults through life's stages helping shift unwanted, co-existing patterns driven by negative narratives. By connecting and understanding your experiences, we will open a new perspective of your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. With a warm, psychodynamic approach, I pull from modalities like EMDR, IFS and object-relations theory.
Do you feel lost, hopeless, or stuck? Do you find yourself worried and self-conscious? Are you experiencing conflict with family members, co-workers, or other important relationships in your life? Are you a parent wanting extra support? You are not alone. My style is nurturing, kind, empathetic, and patient. I am here to establish a safe environment where you will be respected, heard, and validated. Therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs. I meet clients where they are at and work at their pace to achieve hope, empowerment, and growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping teens and adults overcome struggles, achieve transformation, and live a meaningful life. I developed a passion early on for working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and supporting parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. In addition, I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and interpersonal relationships.
Parisa Gallinger, Psy.D., LMFT
I hold a doctorate in psychology and am certified by the California Board as a marriage and family therapist working with individuals, families, and couples. My mission is to create a supportive space where we can face fears with compassion, courageously embrace openness, and find relief in human connections.
Our sense of identity can be in crisis due to the burdensome societal expectations placed on us.
So much of what I love about my work as a therapist and faculty member at the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, where I teach clinical psychology graduate courses, is getting to know people and helping them through life, one step at a time, no matter who they are or where they are on their path.
With over to 20 years of experience working alongside children, teens, adults, and families, I’ve learned the importance of meeting people exactly where they are, whether mentally, emotionally, or sometimes even physically. My “out-of-the-box” approach is flexible and adaptable to each individual's unique needs, offering creative, client-centered strategies where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore at your own pace.
My journey began in community-based settings, working with individuals and families often navigating complex systems. That foundation shaped my core belief: to show up to each session with curiosity and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
My approach has always been to meet clients where they are, helping them discover healthier coping mechanisms and become more effective in their daily lives. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating different modalities to support your growth in ways that feel natural and accessible to you.
As your therapist, I show up as my authentic self, with the intention of creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore at your own pace. I offer an environment where you can express yourself freely, gain deeper insight into your thoughts and emotions, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
Hello,
I'm a simple person. Easy to get along with. Down to earth, and I'll meet you where you are in your life. I have more than 15 years experience with depression, anxiety, and psychosis. Would really want a chance to meet you and start healing. I like CBT and DBT to learn about myself and grow into a healthier person.
Thank you.
Gracias!
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
I help moms who feel tired, worried, or overwhelmed. Many moms love their kids very much but feel stressed, guilty, or like they’ve forgotten about themselves. They want to feel calm, happy, and more like who they used to be.
I’ve been helping people for many years, and therapy with me is a safe place to slow down and take a deep breath. We work on simple tools to help you feel less worried, handle big feelings, set healthy limits, and take better care of yourself.
If you want more calm and confidence, you are not alone. We will work together to help you feel stronger, supported, and more at peace as you find your rhythm again.

Hello! My name is Mackenzie Maurer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working as a clinical therapist since 2017. I graduated with my MSW from Cal State University, Los Angeles and became licensed in 2021. I became a social worker because it aligned well with my belief in social justice and working as a therapist has only strengthened this belief. I am lucky to really love what I do and I feel honored to get to witness my clients' growth in the therapeutic process.
I am a Vietnamese- and English-speaking psychotherapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. I am deeply committed to fostering healing at the individual, family, and community levels, recognizing the interconnected nature of emotional well-being.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a compassionate and supportive space for individuals navigating life's challenges, whether they are managing stress, striving for greater work-life balance, or processing personal, intergenerational, or cultural trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen their resilience, reconnect with their inner strengths, and cultivate meaningful emotional healing and personal growth.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, validated, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a safe, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward lasting change.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who thinks everyone should try therapy at some point because therapy makes life easier! I've been an LCSW for over a decade and I've worked in schools, and the court system, and with treatment centers and in private practice. I like people, and ( I know, it's corny) I feel so honored that my clients allow me to be a part of their lives and hear their stories. All of my clients are so brave and willing to work toward the lives they really want, and it never stops being so meaningful to be a part of that process.
Hi there and welcome. I'm glad you're here. My approach is one of curiosity and collaboration. You are not in this alone. A little about me: I've had the privilege and honor to collaborate with people of all ages with so many stories and experiences for the past 20 years. I've held my social work degree since 2020. I have spent time working with kids, teenagers, adults, and older adults and supported people with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and those who experience psychosis or (un)explained spiritual experiences. I look forward to having an initial meeting to explore if it's a good match. ALL ARE WELCOME.
I’m a warm, direct, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a genuine human relationship rather than a cold or overly clinical experience. My approach is rooted in feminist and existential therapy, which means we’ll look not only at what you’re experiencing internally, but also at how relationships, family patterns, societal expectations, identity, and your lived experiences have shaped you. I value humor, curiosity, honesty, and creating a space where you don’t have to edit yourself. My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
