Hi, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 20 years and I hold a doctorate degree in the Philosophy of Counseling. I enjoy helping people understand how they became the way they are and therefore find ways to leave dysfunction behind.

I’m Juliana Mott Fabio, LCSW, and I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, and the quiet emotional weight that can build when life feels overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons when they feel unsteady—after a loss, during a major shift in identity or relationships, or when old patterns of coping no longer feel sustainable. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand what you’re carrying with gentleness rather than judgment.
With a background in hospice, bereavement counseling, crisis work, and somatic practices, I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the human experience. I blend talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more present and supported in daily life. Together, we explore what is no longer serving you, strengthen your resilience, and identify new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—where you can process your emotions, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.
If you’re feeling anxious, down, stuck in old patterns, or overwhelmed by racing thoughts, you’re not alone—and things can get better. Therapy can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.
I’m a California-based LCSW supporting teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma responses, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, encouraging, and structured. We’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build a plan that fits you, and practice practical tools you can start using right away. We’ll also track your progress so you can see real momentum.
You deserve support that feels steady, hopeful, and useful. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.

I am a 36-year-old Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) originally from Los Angeles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in nursing while serving in the United States Air Force, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals through medical and personal challenges. I have been practicing therapy since 2018 and am passionate about helping adults navigate life stressors, emotional difficulties, and personal growth. I am a caring and empathetic therapist with thirty years of experience working in county mental health. You may feel weighted down by depression, grieving a significant loss, or struggling to adjust to a major life change. Perhaps you feel exhausted, unmotivated, disconnected from others or unsure of how to move forward. You may also experience significant changes in your mood that make it difficult to feel stable or like yourself. I provide warm, compassionate therapy for adults experiencing depression, grief, life transitions, anxiety and other mood related concerns. Together we will work to understand what you are experiencing, strengthen your ability to cope and identify realistic steps towards feeling more stable, connected and hopeful.
I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.

With my experience I understand how deeply our environments and histories impact our mental health. I don't believe in the one-size-fits all approach. Instead, I combine my clinical expertise with real-world strategies that fit your specific lifestyle. In our sessions, you'll find a balance of structured support and relaxed, honest conversation.
Whatever you may be going through whether it’s stress, questions about yourself, or simply feeling overwhelmed know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. You deserve a space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences openly, with honesty and authenticity, and without fear of judgment. If this feels like the right fit for you, I would be honored.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable—especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You may be feeling anxious, discouraged, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something in your life needs to change. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is your journey, and you remain at the center of it. My role is to walk alongside you—offering a safe place to speak openly, meaningful insight, and practical support as you create lasting change and move toward a life that feels healthier, more connected, and authentically yours.
.I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we can better understand what is keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more regulated and attuned.
Seeking support takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of that journey with my clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Hello, I'm Dr. Scheherazade Pheng, a licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping adults across California. My work has been at the intersection of mental health, the criminal justice system, and the families whose lives are deeply affected by it.
One of the things that matters most to me is making quality mental health care accessible. I welcome clients with a variety of insurance plans because I believe the support you receive should never depend on the insurance card you carry.
Throughout my career, I have learned two important truths. When one person enters the criminal justice system, an entire family is impacted. Parents, spouses, grandparents, and children often carry overwhelming stress, grief, fear, and uncertainty while trying to keep moving forward. I have also seen that many communities near California's prisons and detention facilities have limited access to mental health care, despite having a tremendous need for support.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, shame, or the emotional challenges of loving someone who is incarcerated, you will find a compassionate and judgment-free space in my practice. Together, we'll work toward healing, greater clarity, and renewed hope. You deserve support just as much as the people you care about, and I'm here to help when you're ready. Dr. Pheng is also the author of The Other Side of the Wall: A Healing Guide for Families of Incarcerated Loved Ones, available at thriveinstitutefbh.com.
Hi. My name is Ana Hernandez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with three years of experience helping clients navigate life's most difficult moments.
I help people who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety and depression find their way back to steadiness. Whether you're dealing with racing thoughts that won't quiet down, a low mood that has settled in and won't lift, or the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together, you don't have to figure it out alone. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to meet each person where they are. I believe that everyone carries a story about who they are, and they are capable of -sometimes that story gets stuck; it gets weighed down by pain, anxiety, trauma, marital conflicts, and life transitions. Together, we'll gently unpack the story, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild the relationships and inner narrative that help you thrive.
Whether you are an adult navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, or a couple navigating lack of connection and trust, or a family struggling, my approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to you:
Narrative Therapy- helping you separate yourself from your problems to rewrite your story with agency and hope.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- practical tools to identify and reshape thought patterns that hold you back.
Interpersonal Therapy- strengthening relationships and communication that support your well-being.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with real tools for lasting change.

Mr. Briceño is a therapist who values depth, presence, and intentionality in his work. He was drawn to this field through a desire to better understand himself and support his immediate family through difficult experiences, and that curiosity continues to guide how he practices today.
His professional journey has included working with individuals across the lifespan and life circumstances from ages 4-106. Those experiences reinforced his belief that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in empathy, reflection, and genuine human connection.

I cannot achieve this alone; therapy is a lot of work, it requires commitment and follow-through.
I’m a relational therapist who works with adults seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. Many of the people I work with feel caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, or burnout—often finding it difficult to relax, be present, or feel truly connected to themselves or others.
I am in-network with Aetna and Kaiser
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.
You more than likely appreciate a flexible and open approach to therapy along with a therapist who values a collaborative approach with their clients. You are likely looking for a therapist who can help alleviate your symptoms of personal distress and suffering. "I've got you."
