Meeting life’s difficulties alone can be overwhelming. Together lets discover the beauty and purpose of our inner struggles. By doing so as a team we can share the burden of past failures and shed the pain that paves the way for our future successes. Obstacles in our path are only there to make us stronger. Life’s distressing moments are only that a moment. Our job is not to always avoid these events but to endure them and not make them worst.

Hi my name is Heidi Hernandez. You may be used to being the person others rely on the responsible one, the helper, or the one who keeps things together. But when you're constantly carrying the needs and expectations of others, it can become difficult to hear your own voice.
You may be struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, or uncertainty about what you want for yourself. You may also be navigating family or cultural expectations while trying to better understand your own identity, values, and needs.
As a second-generation Filipino American from Hawaiʻi and a first-generation college graduate, I understand some of the complexities that can come with navigating family, culture, identity, and belonging. As someone who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community, I also understand the importance of having a space where you can explore your identity and experiences without judgment.

I am trained in a few research-based treatments for trauma and parenting.
I am a Faith Based Christian Therapist. Hi! First, I want to thank you for visiting my page and giving me an opportunity to see how my therapeutic style can assist you with reducing your distress and increasing your life satisfaction. I am so honored that you have decided to review my profile and see if I am a good fit for your journey.
I have been working as a therapist with a variety of mental health disorders and systemic family dynamics since 2015. I initially pursued a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and decided that was an unfulfilling career direction for me. Upon deciding to pursue a master’s degree, I decided to pursue the MFT field. Becoming and MFT was the career goal I had as a teenager, so you could say that pursuing the field is a lifelong dream come true.
My methods of therapy are person led. I like to provide space, and safety to assist you with addressing the reasons you made the brave choice to pursue therapy. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). It is a gentle, evidenced based method that uses mindfulness and increases coping skills to assist with achieving therapeutic goals. Additionally, I utilize the technique of Brainspotting that assists with deeper, difficult to resolve trauma.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I work with clients who are questioning, in their transition process, as well as those who are working on their mental health unrelated to their sexual and gender orientation. If necessary, I can consult with you if you need me to provide gender affirming letters when required for insurance and surgical and hormonal procedures.
I really appreciate the time that you took to read through all this information, and I hope that it helps you make an informed decision.
Welcome! My name is Davis Lo and I am currently a Licensed Therapist. Currently accepting new clients for weekly or biweekly sessions!

As a therapist, I focus on helping clients understand their own challenges and working together to find a solution that works for them in a safe environment. In addition, I focus on helping clients find their inner strengths while working on helping them develop a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Hi there! I'm Nancy, and I am so excited to share a bit about myself with you!
Growing up, I experienced some pretty challenging situations within my family, and as a result, I spent much of my childhood in the foster care system and moving from place to place never being able to call a place my home. These experiences gave me a unique perspective on the importance of early intervention and prevention in the mental health field. It was through my experience as a survivor, and my own personal struggles that I discovered my passion for helping others.
As a mental health professional, I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, but one experience that stands out to me the most is that of my younger brother. Despite struggling with reading and writing, he was consistently overlooked and eventually turned to drugs, never finishing high school. It's a heartbreaking situation, and I often wonder what could have been different if someone had taken the time to help him earlier. Unfortunately, my brother now suffers from bipolar disorder and experiences panic attacks due to the overwhelming sense of hopelessness and loss he feels. It's because of him that I've dedicated my career to helping others before they reach that point of no return. The point where there is nothing more than resignation and accepting what is than what one could become.
Overall, I'm incredibly passionate about what I do and am eager to continue making a positive impact on the lives of children, youth, and families in need. I'm excited about the opportunity to get to know you and be of support to you in your toughest moments in life.
Warmly,
Nancy Gonzalez-McKenzie

If this is the first time you want to work with a professional like me, let me have the honor of guiding you through this "uneasy-feeling" process at times. Are you ready? Let's connect to work together!
The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself. Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with who you are, and create meaningful change in your life. I believe that every person’s story deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and understanding.
I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, motherhood, identity changes, and reproductive mental health challenges, including infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF, and the complex emotions that can accompany the path to parenthood. I understand how deeply these experiences can impact your sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being. I also have experience supporting individuals through Sutter Health’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helping clients navigate work-related stress, burnout, life changes, relationship challenges, and personal struggles while balancing the demands of everyday life. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.
My approach is warm, authentic, and trauma-informed. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and build a stronger connection with yourself. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Hello! My name is Robert Garza, LCSW Bi-lingual. I have over 18 years of experience working with clients ranging from early childhood, adolescence, children/families, adults, and end-of-life care. I have always viewed my professional career to learn as much as possible and be able to impact the largest number of people in need of support, counseling, therapy, and a safe space. I have worked in educational settings, healthcare settings, and clinical settings. I was born in Corcoran and raised in Central California. I currently reside in Rocklin CA, and enjoy horseshoe pitching, long walks, the ocean, and family and friends. My historical area of focus ranges from challenges in school to overcoming childhood traumas, depression, anxiety, social isolation, and conflict within family units. These are common things that we all face as we grow and evolve into our adult selves.
My approach is solution focused. I am not primarily concerned with how or why your present challenge developed but will focus instead on helping you to find a way forward. I hope to elicit and reinforce your positive attributes and competencies and help you access your inner strength. Your ability to change or improve your situation depends on your desire to do so and my job is to awaken that desire within you.
The biggest challenge all of us face is negative thinking. This is a reflection of our own disappointment of what we see when we look inside ourselves. By improving our self-image through accentuating our positive qualities we begin to see the world in a more positive light. A sure way of feeling better about ourselves is to find something good in every other human being.

What a degree in Clinical Psychology and a seven-year journey as a therapist has allowed me to is delve deep into the realms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 8 years. I have experience assisting clients from many different backgrounds from eating disorders to anxiety/depression to trauma. Through my education and my experience, I have been able to implement different therapeutic modalities that have assisted my clients on their treatment journeys.
If you are a client of Kaiser Permanente, it is necessary to obtain a referral from Kaiser before proceeding. Once you have received the referral, Kaiser will provide you with a link to schedule a session with me.
I specialize in helping individuals as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. I understand that these struggles are not just diagnoses—they are lived experiences that can quietly shape how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how you move through your day.
Anxiety can feel like a constant hum in the background—keeping you on edge, overthinking, and emotionally worn down. Many people carry it for years without realizing how much it’s impacting their relationships and sense of peace. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep managing it by yourself.
Depression is often misunderstood because it doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it feels like exhaustion, numbness, irritability, or simply going through the motions without feeling connected to your life. It can make even the smallest tasks feel heavy. But depression is treatable, and with the right support, it is possible to feel like yourself again.
In our work together, I offer a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood—without judgment. My goal is not only to help you cope, but to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity in what you’re feeling, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and yours.
As a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while developing the tools to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized, I work with clients to help them understand the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to their struggles. Together, we identify practical strategies to manage symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and developing healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
Hello! My name is Imelda.
Have you been trying to resolve your own issues or have reached out to friends and family and feel misunderstood or don't have anyone you can express your feelings to? It is difficult to deal with issues on your own. As a seasoned and licensed marriage family therapist let me help you towards a healthier, more productive perspective on life. I'm here to be your compass, helping you navigate challenges and new experiences that life throws your way.
I have worked in the mental health field for 18 years with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, family issues, couples therapy and trauma. We will work together to identify the core issues you are dealing with and I will address each issues with empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques. I can create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey towards hope, healing, and authentic connection within yourself, family or as a couple, let's take that first courageous step together.
As a licensed therapist of more than thirty years, I have the experience and expertise to work with clients on a variety of issues. I provide a safe therapeutic environment that builds trust and openness. Clients who engage in the counseling process discover new energy for life and relationships. This results in positive change and increased self-awareness. I’m actively involved in the sessions, providing guidance, structuring interventions, and setting goals. Positive change happens one step at a time, trusting that life can get better. I also have expertise in anger management/domestic violence treatment.
I’m a California-licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience working with high-achieving adults, neurodivergent individuals, and BIPOC women who are doing a lot on the outside and quietly struggling on the inside. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, chronic illness, and the complicated weight of navigating life when your brain and body don’t always cooperate.
My approach is integrative and whole-person — meaning I don’t just treat symptoms, I work with the full picture of who you are. That includes your nervous system, your story, your cultural context, your relationships, and the survival strategies you built long before you ever walked into a therapy room. I draw from Person-Centered, Attachment, Psychodynamic, Existential-Humanistic, Multicultural, and Transpersonal frameworks, and I weave in somatic tools like breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body practices because healing doesn’t just happen in the mind.
I also bring lived experience to this work. I navigate my own ADHD, chronic illness, and the ongoing practice of regulating a nervous system that doesn’t always want to cooperate. I haven’t just studied these tools — I’ve needed them. That’s what I bring into the room with you.
I accept you as you are, where you are. Always.

Welcome! I'm Patricia Soto, a compassionate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist committed to guiding individuals towards mental well-being and empowerment though all seasons in life. With a focus on addressing depression, self-esteem, anxiety, grief, life transitions, work-related stress, and challenges within relationships and families, I'm dedicated to helping you harness your innate strengths and work on your journey to healing and happiness.
I have been working in the area of behavioral health since 1990, have various degrees from educational institutions, worked several internships for required training, helped move clients from a Developmental Center into homes to live and be a part of the community, have a love of working with older adults, and feel I am a compassionate, kind, person who is client centered and wants to help others to become empowered, if wanted. I have been a social worker for several entities and before that I was a Licensed Psychiatric Technician working on a crisis unit for Sonoma county. I work best with people who have neurodivergence, ADHD and Autism.
I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In 1991, I obtained a B.H. in Social Psychology from The Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (Mexico). In 2008, I graduated from University of Phoenix with an M.A. in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. I have more than 22 years of experience working with patients—including adolescents, parents, adults, and couples. My focus is on improving relationships and addressing mental or emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, psychosocial stressors, life challenges, and personal goals.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re not totally sure what to say or where to begin. My job is to make that part easier.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with people dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, low motivation, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Some clients come in with something specific going on, while others just know something feels off and want to figure it out. Both are completely welcome here.
In our work together, we focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life and how to create real, noticeable changes—not just talk in circles. I aim to keep sessions practical, collaborative, and grounded so you leave with clarity and a better sense of direction.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be honest without feeling judged or analyzed. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan before starting—we’ll figure that out together.
If you’re looking for therapy that feels straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward, I’d be glad to work with you.
