I am a licensed clinician dedicated to helping individuals break free from stuck patterns, navigate complex trauma, and build stable, fulfilling lives. My practice focuses heavily on adult mental health, substance use recovery, and specialized behavioral tracks—specifically treating pornography addiction, intimacy challenges, and compulsive, sexualized coping loops. I recognize that deeply stigmatized or complex challenges often carry overwhelming shame, which is why my clinical space is entirely non-judgmental, collaborative, and objective. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with body-based Somatic Therapy, I help you heal both the mind and a dysregulated nervous system. Together, we look beyond baseline talk therapy to restore your personal autonomy, expand your distress tolerance, and create real, lasting behavioral integrity. You don't have to navigate these heavy stressors alone; I am here to work alongside you as a dedicated teammate.

To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself. You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want. I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

Hello, I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that). At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy. As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran. Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.

Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment ! I have worked with a variety of clientele throughout my career in the mental health field; which consisted of 3 years of working with adults, and 3 years of working with children/adolescents aged 3-17, as well as the adult population. My goal is to provide support to adults who are experiencing difficulties reaching their full potential in life due to both internal and external hardships.

My therapy approach is always non judgmental, attuned, and integrates active listening as well as unconditional positive regard. In addition, my multicultural personal and professional backgrounds allow me to work with a variety of cultures. Also, I try my best to meet the client where they are and learn where it is they want to be/go in life. This allows me to assist them in accomplishing the aforementioned in compassionate, authentic, and realistic ways. I am big on psychoeducation and insight driven change and or healing. Although emotional regulation based and emotion focused therapy are integrated into my clinical style, I do not utilize them in therapy without cognitive processing, cognitive behavioral, and or acceptance based modalities as well. This is because our beliefs, automatic thoughts, perceptions of ourselves and others play a role in our mental health just as much as our emotional experiences associated with them, they are interconnected.

I understand how challenging it is to come to therapy and speak of subjects that can bring about fear, anxiety and feelings of being judged. Therapy is the safest of environments to bring up topics that have brought about great pain or arrest in one’s life. My hope for you is that therapy becomes a useful tool to transform your life into how you envision it to be. Life is too short not to be lived out to its fullest potential. By working with you, I hope to collaborate in a transformation process where life goals come to fruition. Hi, I'm Jaclyn, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-esteem. I am passionate about helping people build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves so they can spend less time struggling and more time engaging in the things that matter most to them. Many of the clients I work with feel exhausted by constant self-criticism, food and body thoughts, anxiety, or the pressure to get everything "right." They may find themselves stuck in cycles of restriction, binge eating, emotional eating, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, despite their best efforts to change. My goal is to help clients better understand the patterns keeping them stuck while developing practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, self-compassion work, and values-based approaches to help clients develop greater awareness, emotional resilience, and flexibility. I believe that lasting change is most sustainable when it comes from a place of understanding and self-compassion rather than shame or self-judgment. Therapy with me is not about achieving perfection. Instead, it is about learning how to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness, and kindness toward yourself. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can occur. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. This sounds polished for Grow while still feeling like you—warm, compassionate, and clearly focused on eating disorders and body image work.

You don't have to navigate life's hardest moments alone. I'm Emilee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to adults across the Bay Area and California. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and major life transitions. Including adults who are healing from narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and toxic or antagonistic relationships. I have a deep understanding of the lasting impact these experiences can have, including the self-doubt, people-pleasing patterns, and loss of identity that often follow. With 10 years of clinical experience, I've worked with clients ranging from young children to adults in their 80s, across home, school, outpatient, and hospital-based settings, with individuals, couples, and families. This range gives me a unique ability to understand where you're coming from, whether you're transitioning into early adulthood, navigating relational difficulties, becoming a parent for the first time, caregiving for aging parents, or managing your own aging process. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. I show up warm, direct, and collaborative, not just a clinician with a checklist. And I make it my mission that when you leave a session with me, you feel a little more connected. If you've been thinking about reaching out, I'm glad you're here. Let's figure it out together.
