Hello, my name is Sarahi, and I am a therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I have experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, and I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and promote personal growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We will spend time discussing your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will also explain my approach to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate with you to begin identifying goals. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity to create a safe and comfortable space where you can feel heard and supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist include my ability to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize their resilience while learning practical coping skills to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges. I am attentive to each client’s unique needs and pace, and I focus on building trust and strong therapeutic relationships that support meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress related to school, work, and family dynamics. Many of the clients I work with are managing academic pressures, identity development, relationship concerns, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck. I work well with individuals who are open to learning new coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and building confidence in their ability to manage challenges. My approach supports clients in developing emotional regulation skills, improving communication, and working toward meaningful personal and academic goals.
