Dayna is a truly exceptional therapist! She is genuine, caring, and deeply compassionate. She creates a safe space while also challenging me to grow. Her insight is remarkable; she understands not just me, but the emotional dynamics both in my life and of the people in it with clarity and empathy. Without judgment, she helps me stay grounded and gain perspective, allowing me to process and move forward with compassion and confidence. I'm so grateful to have her support on this journey.

She pushes me every session to get better and controlling my emotions and not being so explosive and not so depressed! I love her not only as a therapist but as a person too. She’s very understanding and detailed when she’s helping or coming up with a solution to do better next time. She always gives me encouragement and word of affirmation if I’m struggling to see the bigger picture. It’s incredible what she’s done to help me I’ve had about 30 sessions with her and each time it’s been great!✨😌
