Hello! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over thirteen years of mental health experience in inpatient settings, emergency room settings and outpatient settings. I specialize in many mental health conditions such as depression, grief, anxiety, lack of focus & attention, mood disorders, sleep concerns and many other psychiatric conditions. I treat various age ranges from children & adolescents to adults and the elderly. I am Latina and speak Spanish to help my Spanish community.
I help manage different mental health conditions through the use of medication management or other non-medication options.
Medication management, self-screening tools for depression, anxiety and possible mania.
I have worked with psychiatric mental health patients for more than 13 years. I am a great listener and strongly feel that my biggest strength is listening to my patient's needs and finding the right plan for treatment.

Marlene has been my provider for the past few years and I've moved states, so I won't be able to work with her anymore. I'm so grateful for the care she's given me. She's been attentive, knowledgeable, and I've always felt like she truly listened to my feedback when we're adjusting medication. It's been a pleasure to be her patient thus far and I wish her nothing but the best!

Marlene is the first person who actually listened. She heard what I had to say and narrowed some things down for me. She is highly intelligent, relatable, and cares. I look forward to seeing her again. Highly recommend.

I feel heard! she provides me with solutions, and gives me suggestions on what I can do at home as well as let me know if there’s something that I will need to address with my doctor. Her personality matches her profile and she’s genuinely kind and makes me feel cared for.
