You really can find enjoyment, fulfillment and peace in this life! Many see mental illness as a debilitating disability with little hope to live life to the fullest. I can assure you that there is hope, fulfillment, support, and peace within your reach. My clients tell me I treat them as a person, not a disease. I want to help you take control of your life even with mental illness. I am committed to helping you achieve a life free of limitations, fears, and failures. Do not let trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, ADHD, or Depression hold you back from reaching your potential and enjoying life to the fullest. I want you to be able to find meaning, and purpose in work, spirituality, relationships, family, and in all areas of life. l know there is a stigma with mental illness so mastering the courage to call a mental health provider can be scary and intimidating but I hope you will take a leap of faith and try me. During my many years of working as a certified mental health provider, I have helped individuals and families (children, Adolescents, and adults) with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ODD, Personality Disorders and many other disorders find balance and stability in life. Very sweet! I appreciate her directness and simple explanations. Her warmth makes it very easy to let go of any expectations you may be holding for yourself; which makes being open so much more welcoming and even mundane. I enjoy her candor and excitedly look forward to a more supported life.
