New to Grow
I am a clinician with over 30 years of experience treating adults and adolescents from all walks of life. I have experience working with first responders and understand the unique challenges associated with front line workers. As a former disaster worker, I am skilled at making healing connections quickly, and sometimes under adverse circumstances. I am uniquely qualified to help you reach your goal of feeling better quickly. Though I was trained in a psychodynamic model, I have found my approach now could best be described as trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral in nature. No matter who you are or what issues you're facing, you will find me open and accepting.

My greatest strength lies in my ability to connect. I believe it is in connection that the healing occurs.
If you are ready to start feeling better, I am available to help you reach that goal!
