Even when they seem too small to notice, I'll notice! You’ll be surprised how much a little positivity can help. I have been a counselor for over a decade. I am a licensed professional counselor and a certified rehabilitation counselor with additional experience in helping individuals get back to work to attain the highest success possible after experiencing any life changing issues. I have helped people with almost everything you can think of. I have helped those with severe mental health concerns and those with mild ones. I have multicultural experience and have lived in and visited many different countries. I've learned a lot about cultural differences and appreciations. I respect the variation that we have as humans. I understand that there are times when struggles and challenges approach us and we need a little extra boost to help us work through it. My style is energetic, compassionate, and supportive. I can show you how to be proud of your efforts and steps in the right direction. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will get to know you more and understand your concerns from your perspective. We will also discuss our goals together in the course of therapy and the timeline that may work best to achieve the goal(s).

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my biggest strengths is helping my clients understand the different ways in which anxiety can manifest itself. We will then work on effective ways to manage, reduce, and ultimately remove the debilitation that it can cause. I focus heavily on positive psychology, implementing additional treatment techniques like CBT, client-centered, harm reduction, and existential therapy. I utilize a very integrative style depending on the goals we develop together.
