Hey, I'm Toni! Do you struggle with anxiety? Perhaps you have racing or repetitive thoughts that you just can't shake? Or maybe you constantly struggle with fixating on "worst case scenario"? Do you just feel overwhelmed? I empower high-functioning adults to overcome the struggles of anxiety. Whatever the cause of your anxiety may be, I utilize a variety of different techniques, from a holistic approach, to help you overcome these uncomfortable symptoms of anxiety. Together we will focus on you as a whole, looking at all areas and aspects of your life. I integrate nutrition, movement (yoga, pilates, aerobic exercise, and even walking), mindfulness and self-awareness to focus on the root cause of your anxiety. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
I believe in tackling the root of the issue while controlling and maintaining the symptoms of anxiety. We will be tackling your anxiety from a preventative, as well as a proactive approach.
I utilize a combination of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy.

Toni has been the perfect fit for me! She has well thought out and encouraging responses, I never feel judged, and her therapy style always feels individualized and never generic. She also has a great sense of humor! She has been very helpful in assisting me in navigating my OCD and exploring PTSD.
