After our initial session we will continue to build rapport. We will work toward reaching your goals, by focusing and creating plans to ensure your vision is actualized. You will also experience some trauma work to find what may block you from reaching your goals. You will leave each session empowered with a new activity to get you closer to your goals.
We will use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. These methods will allow you to change your thought process and the narrative of your thoughts and beliefs. The end result is to have a positive outlook on life while overcoming stressors.

We will take our time to understand your desires then explore what is blocking you from reaching your goals.
