(she/her)
You may feel a deep pull toward transformation. You’ve already done significant work in therapy yet sense there is still something more to uncover. You may have experienced trauma, completed EMDR, or explored talk therapy, but you’re seeking a way to move beyond the limits of traditional approaches. I’ve been there myself. When I began integrating Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) into my own healing journey, I experienced profound breakthroughs in hours that had previously taken years with EMDR. If you’re ready to go deeper, to find clarity, self-compassion, and lasting change, I’ll be your guide through that process.
When you book a session or make a referral, you can anticipate a respectful, dignified experience where connection and understanding are essential. I meet people where they're at and support their bravery as they do difficult things and make changes in their lives. I am passionate about creating a safe, professional environment where clients are empowered as the experts of their own lives, with guidance tailored to what matters to them.
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to meet people where they are, holding patience and space for their unique needs and goals while putting in the effort to build the strong rapport necessary for real, lasting change. I deeply value creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in understanding and respect, helping clients feel truly seen and supported as they navigate their journey toward growth. As a first-generation, first-born, bi-racial woman, I understand the importance of being genuinely understood by a provider—especially when past experiences may have felt dismissive or invalidating. I bring an anti-oppressive and systemic perspective to my work, offering therapy that recognizes and addresses the broader contexts of my clients' lives. I am dedicated to creating a space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to achieve the change they seek.
Traditional therapy doesn’t work for everyone, and not everyone has years to wait for change. Whether you’re feeling stuck or ready for a new chapter, therapy can help you reconnect with your strength and purpose. If you’re curious about how KAP can support your growth, I’d be honored to walk with you through the process.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am certified by the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. I offer structured and unstructured CBT which is an evidence-based form of therapy proven to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
As a bi-racial woman, I can understand how multiple layer of oppression can affect someone. I am always practicing culturally sensitive therapy because I treat the whole person; where they are now and also the layers of experiences, values, and identity that make us who we are.
Motivational Interviewing
I love motivational interviewing because it is effective when the therapist truly believes that client are always trying their best to live, survive, or find purpose/joy. I use motivational interviewing in every session when I listen with compassion and respond with respect.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have received extensive training in DBT for treating people with psychosis and personality disorders. I use DBT in my practice when clients have issues that may not have an immediate solution but they want to have the quality of life they deserve.
Racial trauma treatment
The modality that I have found most effective for racial trauma is called SHARP. The acronym stands for Structural oppression, Historical context, Analysis of role, Reciprocity and mutuality, and Power. This framework helps social workers identify how large-scale societal forces create trauma and develop a critical lens for both clients and practitioners to address these issues.
