Hello, I'm Ben, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome societal stressors, maladaptive thoughts, and group think to achieve their personal and professional goals. Though University trained in CBT and Family Systems Therapy and trained under a Psychodynamic Oriented therapist, I use a "one size does not fit all" approach to therapy. I blend therapeutic conversations and evidence-based techniques based on clinical experience and your goals. I want to help you delve deeper into the roots of your struggles to gain a holistic understanding of your mental health. This approach helps develop a stronger relationship with yourself and achieve a greater balance. I’m a life long learner and keep up with new research and modalities. I'm passionate about working with individuals in their 30's and 40's manage the stressors of the gender tropes and the generational trauma. I recognize the pressures that come with being a typecasted and offer a supportive space to explore. I'm committed to providing a non-judgmental and empathetic approach in this therapeutic journey. First session
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, administrative items, goals and expectations. This will help us tailor a plan to work through in follow-up sessions. Expect a judgment-free environment where you can speak candidly and also have an opportunity to interview me and determine if I would be a good fit for your needs.

Ideal clients
I love working with young bipoc professionals. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their social life and careers.
