(she/her)
I specialize in working with adults of all ages, from young adulthood through the later stages of life. My educational background included attending graduate school at Antioch University, Los Angeles where I earned a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have worked in both County and group private practice to provide therapy services. Whether you are navigating the transitions of early adulthood, managing the demands of midlife, or exploring meaning and identity in later years, I provide a supportive space for growth and healing.
My style is collaborative and supportive—I see therapy as a partnership where we work side-by-side to uncover possibilities, nurture your strengths, and help you create the life you envision. In our work together, I integrate evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you develop practical tools for managing challenges, building emotional resilience, and fostering healthier patterns of thinking and relating. Whether we are working on coping skills, exploring self-compassion, or navigating life transitions, my focus is on empowering you to move toward greater self-understanding, balance, and fulfillment.
I use a compassionate and person-centered approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
I believe healing and growth happen when you can show up as your authentic self without judgment. Together, we'll explore what feels challenging, build on your strengths, and find ways to bring more balance, meaning and peace into your life.
