I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, born and raised in the Coachella Valley. I provide therapy for individuals, families, couples, adolescents and children. I received my postgraduate at Brandman University in Master’s of Arts in Psychology. I have been licensed since July 2021. I have been working in the mental health field for over seven years, and had my private practice for two years.
I strive to create a safe space for clients, and advocate for clients. My approach will be based on what best fits the client/s. I want/ like clients to walk away lighter than when they first came in.
I listen, I am patient, I go at client's pace, I do not force or rush anything during sessions.
I love working with all ages, all generations, I have experience with school ages children and teenagers.

Psychoeducation is a structured learning experience that aims to empower people and their families with knowledge about their condition, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have knowledge of DBT and many resources to use in sessions.
Family Therapy
Family Systems and Dynamics is very sensitive, I have office space for families.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
SFBT I have taken a couple trainings in and received certifications.
