Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
Are you seeking a therapist who offers a safe and compassionate space for exploring your thoughts, feelings, and emotions? Are you tired of the one-size-fits- all approach to therapy and seeking a therapist who will address your unique individual needs? If so, then I may be the exact therapist for you.
Hello, I am Kendra Aristide, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I have over twenty years of combined work experience in the judicial mental counseling setting and education public school setting as a former elementary classroom teacher and school counselor. Additionally, I worked in group homes and hospices as a licensed social worker.
I focus on collaboration, and empathy, and provide a non-judgmental attitude. Together we will explore your thoughts, emotions and obstacles and adapt the therapeutic tools for addressing and processing your specific needs. Whether you are experiencing Anxiety, Grief, Coping Skills, School Issues, Self-Esteem, Anger Management, Depression, Trauma and PTSD. Together we will develop empowering strategies and insight that foster resilience and create a more fulfilling life.
Hello my name is Robin. I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist who has over 26 years working in behavioral healthcare. I specialize in many different therapeutic approaches. I can help you connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to help empower you to break negative cycles, manage current challenges, heal through past trauma, and ultimately become the best version of yourself. I see therapy as a partnership. I am a licensed independent practice-level clinical social worker. I have a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work DCSW. I have dedicated my career to working in behavioral health treatment. I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. Prior to joining the Civil Service, I practiced mental health within the civilian community, my focus there was substance abuse, domestic violence and and a variety of mental health issues working with adolescents and adults. BLUF: There is nothing I haven't seen. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes.
Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.

Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.

My name is Brenda Acevedo and I have over 15 years experience working in the mental health field in Texas. I am Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I started working with the State of Texas as a social worker helping the indigent population in 2010. Since then, I have worked with adults (men/women, LGBTQ-IA), children, couples, the elderly, and families. I have experience with the Intellectual Developmental Disable (IDD) population, Addictions, Trauma, and Crisis.
Hi, I'm Julie Este-McDonald — a Licensed Professional Counselor, Executive Coach, and doctoral candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology who researches burnout. I'm passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with who they are beneath the weight of everything they've been carrying.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, PTSD, life transitions, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly holding it all together. I have a particular heart for women — and especially Black women — who are managing the layered demands of high achievement, caregiving, leadership, and everything in between.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-aware, meaning I pay close attention not just to what you're experiencing, but to how your history has shaped the way you move through the world. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you examine the thought patterns influencing how you see yourself and others, and I bring warmth, honesty, and practical tools to every session.
For clients who want faith to be part of the conversation, I'm also equipped to hold that space. With a post-graduate certificate in Pastoral Counseling, I support clients integrating spirituality into their healing — as well as those deconstructing or reimagining their relationship with faith altogether, including those navigating religious trauma.
Whether you're brand new to therapy or returning to go deeper, my goal is simple: to create a space where you feel safe, genuinely seen, and supported in building a life that feels as good on the inside as it may already look on the outside.
Welcome to my page, and congratulations on taking this step in your mental health journey! My name is Kerri Hubacker, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 9 years of experience. As your counselor, my priority and main goal is creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Therapy is a collaborative journey centered on your growth and healing, one where we explore meaningful goals, deepen self-awareness, and make sense of your experiences. Hi, I’m Julian. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor with a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, or navigating life's transitions, I offer a safe, compassionate space to sort through your emotions, find clarity, and build resilience.

I draw from evidence-based methods including CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused strategies, Mindfulness, and specialized Grief Counseling—tailored to your unique needs.
Hi, I'm Carla, and I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together. Whether you're balancing work, family, relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe therapy should be practical. I won't just listen; we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop realistic strategies you can use in your everyday life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I also value cultural humility and understand how life experiences, family expectations, identity, and personal values can shape the way we experience stress and healing.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen your self-worth, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, gain insight, and create lasting, positive change.
Healing begins when you have a safe place to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover new ways forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with their own wellbeing.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to gain insight into how past experiences influence their current relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Whether you are struggling with difficult family dynamics, people-pleasing, boundary setting, self-confidence, chronic stress, or navigating a significant life change, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't realizing something needs to change—it's taking that first step. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, explore what's been weighing on you, and discover practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence and peace.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Trinity University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary’s University, both in San Antonio. I provide an environment to help you facilitate your emotional growth. Whatever your issues, you will begin to understand and grow from them. It is not my place to tell you how to live your life. Rather, I will help you make your own decisions by sharing ideas in a caring relationship.

I am an LPC offering therapy to children, teens and adults. I believe it very important to understand how our past shapes and influences our present choices. I believe we see and relate to the world the way we were shaped from an early age. Knowing who we are and how we see and perceive the world helps us understand and relate better to ourselves and others.

I am a compassionate and dedicated professional based in Texas, committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. My background has given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse walks of life, supporting them through personal growth, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and emotional well-being.
I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their relationships and experiences. My work is grounded in a systems perspective, recognizing that individuals are deeply influenced by their family dynamics, cultural backgrounds, communities, and life experiences. I also incorporate an attachment-based approach, helping clients explore how early relationships and attachment patterns may impact the way they connect with others, respond to challenges, and view themselves.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences, values, and goals. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, processing difficult life transitions, managing stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I am here to support and guide you on your journey toward healing and growth.
It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they cultivate stronger connections, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Over the past four years, my work has focused more on geriatric mental health and life transitions. I also work alongside treating adults of all ages with problems like anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), bipolar disorders and other mental health conditions. My earlier community‑based experience ranged from children to older adults and provided a great deal of experience in working with people with a wide range of mental health and chronic conditions. I ground my practice in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, integrating Dialectal Behavioral Therapy skills and Mindfulness practices. I hope to help you navigate your way through your current challenges.
