Hi, I’m Tamima — a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel safe, supportive, and genuine. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be honest about what you’re feeling, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on you.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, uncover patterns, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or healing from past trauma, I’m here to help you move toward clarity and emotional peace.
I am a Counselor who has a passion for mental health, whether that's advocating, supporting, educating, or helping to manage mental health and all that it encompasses. I have over 8 years of experience working with: mental health, addiction, trauma, family, dual diagnosis, crisis intervention and parenting.
I am a dedicated therapist committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients can explore their strengths, enhance their well-being, and cultivate positive change in their lives

Hi there, I'm Farah Ali.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of.
My Core Principles as a Therapist:
Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life.
Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth.
Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.
🌿 Meet Ashley – Your Partner in Healing and Growth
Life doesn’t always go as planned—and I know that firsthand. I’ve walked through seasons of divorce, domestic and narcissistic abuse, the loss of a parent, fertility challenges, and a late-in-life career shift. These experiences shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for others. I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to help you navigate life’s toughest moments.
I understand how overwhelming fear, failure, and hopelessness can feel. I’ve been there—just surviving. But healing is possible. Today, I’m thriving, and I believe you can too.
You don’t have to carry your pain alone. Whether you're facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of narcissistic abuse, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll work toward building a life rooted in hope, peace, and purpose.
As a Texas-based therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed care and support clients from all walks of life—including teens and adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique journey.
✨ Let’s begin your path to healing—one step at a time.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in South Texas, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. With experience working with diverse populations, including children and teens, I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions while developing the tools they need to thrive.
I have worked with clients facing a variety of concerns, including trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, depression, family dynamics, gender identity exploration, and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to empower each person I work with by fostering growth, healing, and emotional well-being. No matter what you are facing, I am here to support you on your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Hello, I am Lesa.
Are you struggling with day-to-day life? Having a hard time dealing with relationships due to past traumas? Feeling like you are trapped in an exit-less room and can’t seem to make sense of it? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in trauma, depression, and anxiety. We will work together to identify mental health goals to accomplish, develop healthy coping skills, and build boundaries to protect and maintain your mental health. I will meet you where you are in life and used evidence-based methods and techniques to overcome and finally be mentally free. Let’s get to work!
I’ve been a therapist for nearly 20 years, and my style is conversational, engaged, and direct. I won’t just sit quietly and nod—I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, and help you consider perspectives you may not have thought about before.
I work primarily with adults dealing with anxiety, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem and identity concerns, and major life or career transitions. I’m especially well suited for people who are thoughtful and self-aware but still find themselves repeating patterns like people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, fear of rejection, conflict avoidance, overthinking, or taking responsibility for other people’s feelings. I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ adults.
I’m a good fit if you want to understand not only what’s happening in your life, but why certain patterns keep happening. We’ll look at your relationships and circumstances while also being curious about your own assumptions, reactions, and choices—and what you actually have the power to change.
My approach is integrative, insight-oriented, and practical, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, relational, and other evidence-based approaches. I tailor therapy to the person rather than trying to fit everyone into the same model.
If this sounds like the kind of therapy you’re looking for, bring what’s happening in your life right now and we’ll start there. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on, identify what you want to change, and begin figuring out how to get there.

Hi there, I'm Brian.
Do you miss feeling on track and working towards your goals? Are you not connecting with those you felt close to, such as your best friends, significant other, or family? Do things just feel a bit off and you need some guidance to get back to being "you"?
I meet the client in their environment and empower them to help themselves. A holistic approach to therapy is used, pulling from several different therapeutic beliefs. Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. I look forward to speaking with you.

Do you feel like you've lost your way, your purpose and identity,
or just need to get back on track? Hello! My name is Erie, and I'd love to help you.
Social workers typically have an interesting life story and personal experiences with tragedy that tug at our heartstrings. I am no different. At times, I wonder "how is it that I have survived these mountains and valleys?" Despite personal tragedy, loss, and despair, influential people have served as beacons of hope throughout the years in my life.
Along with my re-creation of self through school, internships, and certifications, I have learned one basic human tenant that would be my guiding light through the most challenging of times: people need people. I realize that this sounds a bit rudimentary, but this is the cornerstone of social work and the secret to my success in beating the statistical odds that accompany a survivor of childhood abuse, drug addiction and alcoholism, military combat trauma, and the loss of a child.
So, the question stands: why am I here and what do I want? I simply want to pay it forward as many have done for me. I would have never expected to be where I am or doing what I'm doing. I personally believe that there is hope and light in the most desperate, dark places and recesses of the human soul. For that reason, I bet on the underdog, society's undeserving, and those with whom all other plans have failed.
I find that my reward and inner satisfaction comes with doing for others when all else has failed and all others have given up. For this reason, I will keep doing for others, because they are worth it.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience and licensed in Michigan and Texas. I've worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. While I have worked in many areas of mental health, my current emphasis is working with adults, seniors (+65) and college students. My focus is working with those experiencing Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and career and life transitions.
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. I received my Master's Degree from Liberty University in 2011. I have been practicing for twelve years. I strive to create a safe and loving environment free from any judgment to help bring healing. I believe in looking at the whole person recognizing that each individual and family is unique. I work to be creative in my interventions and empower clients to find their voice.
