As a first-generation Latina therapist, I chose this field because I know how meaningful it can be to have someone show up for you when you’re navigating the challenges of growing, finding yourself, and caring for your mental health. I want to be the kind of support I once needed—someone who listens without judgment, creates space for honesty, and meets you where you are. My approach is authentic, empathetic, and focused on helping you create meaningful change while still honoring your unique experiences and background. I’m naturally laid-back and validating, but I’m also a challenger when I see an opportunity to help you grow, reflect, or step outside of what may be holding you back. No matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward becoming the version of yourself you want to be.

Healing is not always found in a linear path. With every new experience we encounter there is the potential and opportunity for change.
Hi, I'm Mayra, thank you for taking the time to considering me as a companion in your therapy journey.
Therapy can be a challenge for some people so I like to provide gentle guidance. There is no single way of conducting therapy- everyone needs different approaches, resources and therapeutic support. I strive to help create a safe space for people to explore their identity (cultural, familial, sexual, etc).
I have worked in the medical field for almost 20 years in different roles. This has allowed me to gain different perspectives and have a better understanding of the medical community. Having been part of this community has allowed me to serve patients, caregivers, first responders and medical professionals.
Most of my adulthood has been spent in Austin and the Hill Country. I am a bilingual first-generation Texan and I’m happy to call Central Texas home. However, I was born and raised in South Texas and la frontera (the borderlands) is also very much part of my identity. I find that our cultures and family of origin at times play a role in how we choose to carry our experiences and expectations.

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. I'm Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 17 years of experience helping high-achieving women, leaders, and professionals manage anxiety that often goes unseen by the people around them. My clients are usually the ones everyone else relies on: the dependable colleague, the steady parent, the person who always has it handled while privately running on overdrive, rarely permitting themselves to slow down.
I specialize in working with high-performing women and leaders whose anxiety shows up as constant overthinking, perfectionism, difficulty switching off at the end of the day, or an underlying fear of dropping the ball. Sometimes it looks like racing thoughts before a big meeting or presentation. Sometimes it's the tension that follows you home from work and doesn't ease up, even on weekends. And sometimes it's simply the quiet exhaustion of always being "on" for your team, your family, and everyone who counts on you.
Together, we'll work to understand your specific anxiety patterns, what triggers them, how they show up in your body and your thinking, and what's actually maintaining them so we can shift them at the root, rather than just managing symptoms week to week.
My style is warm, direct, and practical. I'm not interested in therapy that circles a problem for months without traction. I want you to leave each session with concrete language and tools you can use immediately, whether that's in a high-stakes meeting, a difficult conversation, or simply trying to fall asleep with a quieter mind. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I bring the same standards I hold for my own life: discipline, clarity, and follow-through into how I show up for my clients.
Hello there, I'm Elizabeth
How are you doing? How are you feeling today? Are you finding it difficult to navigate, manage and overcome daily and other life struggles?
I want to start by appreciating you for taking the first step in your healing journey by being here because seeking therapy can be terrifying. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
Do you find yourself overthinking everything, feeling overwhelmed, or carrying experiences from the past that you can't seem to move beyond? You may look like you have everything together while internally feeling anxious, exhausted, or stuck. I help teens and adults better understand these patterns, build healthier ways of coping, and begin feeling more like themselves again. Whether you're coping with relationship difficulties, depression, grief, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change that supports your overall wellness.
Hello! My name is Lindsey Sanchez and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas.
I am the founder of "She Becomes: Therapy & Wellness", a private practice dedicated exclusively to supporting women on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I believe every woman deserves a safe, compassionate space where she can explore her experiences without judgment while developing the confidence to create the life she desires. I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, and stress. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools needed to become the healthiest version of yourself.
I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms—it's about helping you understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and become the woman you want to be. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, combining meaningful conversations with evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care ( I am EMDR trained) to help women increase self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills that support lasting change. Together, we'll work to build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and create a life that aligns with your values.
I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
Hi, I'm Dr. Joycelyn Anderson — but most people just call me Dr. J.
I've spent over 16 years walking alongside people through the moments that reshape who they are: a big move, a new role, a strained relationship, a season of just feeling stuck. I started my career in K-12 schools and eventually opened Evolution of Life Wellness and Counseling, PLLC, because I wanted to work with people across every stage of that journey—not just one chapter of it.
A few years ago, I relocated, and it taught me something I now bring into every session: change doesn't just rearrange your circumstances; it can quietly unsettle your sense of self. I know what it's like to feel like you're starting over, and I know that healing rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring a whole-person approach to our work together—your mind, your body, your relationships, your faith, if that matters to you, and your story all belong in the room. I'll never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door. My style is warm but direct; I'll walk with you gently, and I'll also tell you the truth when it matters.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who still believes in slow mornings and good conversation. I host a podcast called The Evolving Mosaic, where I talk about identity, belonging, and the beautiful, messy process of becoming.
If you're considering therapy, I know that first step can feel like a lot. I hope that by the time we meet, it already feels a little less like starting with a stranger and more like continuing a conversation.

I am a compassionate and experienced licensed clinical social worker committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based interventions. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions while helping them develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I provide a client-centered approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their growth and healing. My work emphasizes the connection between thoughts and behaviors, helping clients build practical skills to create meaningful change. Using evidenced-based strategies, I support clients in identifying patterns that may be holding them back and developing healthier, more effective ways of navigating life. I believe that change happens through intentional action and increased self-awareness. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with compassion, humor when appropriate, and a focus on long-term growth.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas at Arlington (Go Mavs!) and have been practicing for 2 years. I help adults and teens navigate the challenging terrain of anxiety and depression to discover the best versions of themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change, loss, self discovery, or emotional distress when the strategies that once worked no longer seem enough. Sometimes those experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout the process. Hello. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in New Jersey . I received my Masters from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work. I have over 20 years of clinical experience. My practice is centered on working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, burnout and depression. We work together as a team to create a plan that best work for you.
Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and have worked for over 10 years with people who suffer from diverse, life-challenging mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, sexual or physical abuse, social phobia, drug/alcohol abuse, parenting, relationship issues, etc.
I take each client’s situation seriously and do my best to make productive and positive progress with my clients in order to reach our counseling goals.
I believe that each one of us is not only the most important existence in this world, but also is the world itself. We will work together as a team and we can make our world better together.
I built my practice on a simple belief: people deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood. My work in clinical psychology is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or simply trying to make sense of a difficult season in life, I aim to create an environment where they can breathe, settle, and begin the work of growth.
Clients often describe me as steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. I value clear communication, gentle guidance, and a collaborative approach that honors each person’s strengths. My practice is designed to feel welcoming from the very first interaction — from the intake process to ongoing sessions — because I know how vulnerable it can be to reach out for help.
I’m drawn to evidencebased care that still leaves room for humanity. I enjoy learning new therapeutic tools, refining clinical systems, and creating a practice that feels both professional and deeply personal. My goal is always the same: to help people feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to heal, and empowered enough to move forward.
Outside of session, I stay curious about the human experience — reading, learning, and exploring ideas in psychology, wellness, and personal growth. At the heart of my work is a genuine belief in people: their resilience, their capacity to change, and the meaningful transformations that happen when they feel truly supported.
