I am a Licensed Professional counselor (LPC,) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Welcome! I'm Jan Quirl.
Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards improving your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can promote personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
Hi there, I'm Farah Ali.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of.
My Core Principles as a Therapist:
Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life.
Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth.
Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.

Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. Howdy! I am honored to be a part of your journey of healing and helping you become the best version of yourself. I have a passion for building deeply rooted connections with all of my clients. My experience as a special education teacher, school administrator, high school counselor, and special education counselor for 30 years has provided me the knowledge and skills to work with your child, adolescent, and even adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, or PTSD. Understanding how these challenges ultimately affect behaviors in the classroom, at home, and in the workplace environments, help fuel my passion to connect, learn and problem solve with my clients and their families on an interpersonal level in an effort to build hope and resilience. I received my education and training in understanding behavioral, emotional, learning and psychological disorders, as well as professional school counseling and mental health counseling from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I received a Master's in Social Work in 2017 from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. I have been practicing social work for 7 years and have been a therapist for over 5 years. I help adults, individuals and adolescents cope with life's stressors and current challenges. I guide them in learning how to navigate the world by learning coping skills to face their challenges. I assist them in learning that self-care and self-healing honors who they are now, and aids them in taking back their power.

Hello Friend and welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my a thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards to which I uphold in every session with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of that box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it using a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life experiences a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', which feels like anxiousness, fatigue, and perhaps sadness; as if our unique threshold has been completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though if comes with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold of your wellbeing and you stay stuck there, feeling uncomfortable, which interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and you are left in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
Respectfully, Monica Pina
