Hello, I am Pricila. My motto is focus on what you can control! Do you struggle with that inner critic, the voice in your head that is very good at beating you down? Do you struggle with emotions or feelings that are left over from past trauma? Do you struggle with forming heathy relationships? Or forgiving and accepting yourself completely? I have helped clients ages 17-90s work through life's events by offering a safe space for clients to gain insight, learn about themselves, heal for painful experiences, and gain control over there life. In my practice I help clients to unlearn unhealthy learned behaviors, gain more confidence, and learn to fully accept themselves though a compassionate culturally sensitive approach.
Hi, I’m Kumalo—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), behavioral health leader, and Army veteran with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is structured, grounded, and compassionate. I use evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR to support adults facing stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.

Before joining Grow Therapy, I led behavioral health programs across military and correctional settings—designing systems of care that work. I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in treatment of post traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and I am trained in multiple types of therapies.
I'm originally from Oregon, but I have spent most of my adult life in Texas and a few years overseas in Asia and Europe. I have found that counseling can be very effective at helping people make the kinds of changes that they desire in their lives, help them to have a healthier sense of self, more satisfying relationships with others, and a better quality of life.
I'm confident that you can meet your goals with a bit of work and the right treatment plan.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in central Texas. I believe that we are all beings who want healing in all aspects of our life: physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
The differences between the emotional health we have and the health we want can create tension between our current situation and our self image and power. Often, we don't know how to make lasting changes. That change struggle can be too difficult to face without strong support and the realization someone understands, supports and affirms your ability to learn new coping skills.
My counseling approach is educational, and we begin with where you are emotionally now. I value treating everyone with respect and kindness. We move at your pace. I will assign homework if you want to move more quickly.
I am a dedicated therapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children, teens, and adults. With a focus on empowering individuals, I help them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral issues, and trauma. My approach fosters resilience and effective coping strategies, ensuring that my clients can thrive in their daily lives. With nearly 10 years working in schools, I also hope to build resilience in students and educators.
I am licensed in Texas, and currently work in a high school setting as my full time job. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBT-related issues, & depression. I am now trained in EMDR which is a great modality to help clients with trauma and PTSD live a happy and healthy life. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

I am a dedicated Licensed Therapist with over 40 years of mental health experience. My seasoned expertise lies in helping adults and couples navigate through complex emotional life challenges while creating a safe space to develop coping strategies in stress management, depression, anxiety, intimate relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and grief. I use an integrative approach to therapy by utilizing various holistic and traditional therapy methods to address the whole person.
I am a second career social worker, who graduated with my MSW in 2014 and my Ph.D. in 2019, both from the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work. I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but have lived in the Houston area for 30+ years. I decided to become a social worker because of my personal experiences raising a child with behavioral health issues and experiencing profound loss following the sudden death of my husband. My goals were to help others the way my own family had been helped, but I also hoped to improve the experiences of others with similar lived experiences but less positive outcomes. In addition to my private practice, I am an adjunct professor at the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work, and I frequently consult with immigration lawyers about the ways in which mental health issues may impact the path to asylum or citizenship. I practice with a trauma-informed style and am always conscious of the ways in which trauma impacts the lives and experiences of individuals in all walks of life. I have experience working with people who live with ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, and mood disorders generally. My goal is to support my clients in achieving their own goals for a happier and healthier life.
I have been working in the field of mental health for 14 years. I have experience working with a diverse range of people and mental health disorders. My professional background includes experience in the inpatient, outpatient, and intake hospital setting; non-profit agency setting; and, most recently, private practice. This experience allowed me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families utilizing a variety of unique interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, eye movement desensitization (EMDR), and sand tray. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but I often take a client centered approach when building a trusting relationship with clients. Research shows that people who experience chronic mental health concerns have untreated trauma, which can occur from a variety of different experiences. Of course, trauma does not account for all mental health concerns, so it is important to be able to meet client's where they are at and provide interventions that are helpful to the individual needs of each client.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker who's been providing therapy for several years, and I'm a firm believer that therapy is most effective when someone has an authentic trusting relationship with their therapist. I am passionate about providing quality therapy via telehealth to adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, and I specialize in the treatment of trauma. The relationship we have with ourselves and others can hurt us but also heal us, and therapy is a great way to achieve that healing.

Hello! I'm Mickey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Texas. I am glad that you are here. I understand how daunting it can feel trying to find the right fit when looking for a therapist. In the midst of challenges, you are taking the right steps in finding your way to prioritizing your well being. The process can feel overwhelming, so I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little about myself and my approach to therapy. My job is to provide a safe space for you to build trust and rapport, and to share without the fear of consequence or judgement. I am here to provide support and guidance to help you process difficult emotions, experiences, challenges and life changes. I mostly use cognitive behavioral approach to help clients better understand the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I don't believe in labels or "tough love" but rather, I will use an eclectic approach to therapy, which allows me to tailor my approach to the individual.
